Don't miss this tour! Bryan provided an awesome and informative walk as we sampled oysters, conch fritters and delicious libations. Highly recommend!

Horrible! The tour guide did not show up. Waited at the pick up spot for 45 minutes while on the phone with Viator. Tried texting the tour guide and they never answered. It was very upsetting.

The guide messaged earlier in the day with where to meet. Then messaged canceling due to weather. There was only a 30% chance of rain starting at 10 PM. There was absolutely no reason to cancel due to weather. Feels like this was a sham. So pissed off.

We are sad to hear you feel this way. Living on an island like Key West can get troublesome with the weather. By no means would we ever want to put anyone on tour in danger with a storm heading our way as there was a significant storm coming in the evening your tour was booked with our weather forecast showing wind and rain during the time of your tour. On our end we did everything in giving: 1. Multiple notice’s about the weather 2. Offering optional nights to tour 3. Offering a full refund Again we are sorry you felt differently but we MUST keep our guests safe. We hope you understand our safety concerns and have wonderful day!

Bryan was a wonderfully knowledgeable and personable tour guide. He has lived in Key West since he was 7 and was able to relay great stories about not only the Key West waterfront but also Key West in general. We had our 17 year old twins with us and he did a great job of engaging with and keeping them engaged. I recommend this tour and ask for Bryan as your guide.
