When booking a private transfer from the Juneau Airport to Juneau and the surrounding areas you will need to provide your flight details and your destination address so that we have accurate information to track your flight and meet you at the airport and get you to your destination (please choose carefully from the list of destinations we offer). The type of vehicle you ordered will arrive shortly before your scheduled pickup time so you will have plenty of time to get your luggage. Once your transfer reservation is completed you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. Price per person depends on number of travelers in your party, based on 3 passengers per sedan, or a 6 passenger SUV. It's that easy!

It’s actually a very short ride from Juneau to the Ramada. Our driver Corey was very helpful and suggested eateries and sites to visit that tailored to my son and I, while suggesting a few places to another passenger that would fit his tastes as well.

We did not get what we paid for. I called the number I was told to call when we arrived & we were sent a cab who tried to charge us & argued with me even after I showed them I paid for a service. I reached out to the company because I should get my money back but they never responded. Very unfortunate

I paid top dollar for a limo service. Was picked up in an old mini van which is basically a family vehicle. I could have arranged same ride for $30. The only positive was the driver was great.

Very expensive! $135 for a 15 minute ride from airport to hotel. Have always had good service from Viator but this was very DISAPPOINTING!
