SO MUCH FUN! Deep in the woods outside of Fairbanks Jeremy greeted us and welcomed us into the warm yurt that is base of operations. We were outfitted in super warm clothes then taken to meet the Alaskan huskies that would be our team. Precious pups that were friendly and wanting to get going. So much fun! Jeremy and some of the dogs had done the Iditarod. He knows his business and shared. It was amazing! You end the night back in the yurt with hot beverages of your choice. It was a winter wonderland. Loved it!!!

Authentic Alaska Fun!

Clouds brought snow instead of lights. No matter - the mush was amazing! Our guide gave us so much information and clearly loved his dog-athletes. The first mile through a wooded trail wa as authentic as you could imagine. The facility was amazing - gas torches, yurt, snow gear - even an outhouse in the snow! Wonderful experience that really made our trip.

Fun tour. Laura and her dogs were amazing. Unfortunately the northern lights were not out but it was still a fun time. I would highly recommend touring with Laura!

This experience was the highlight of our Fairbanks trip!! We had the most unbelievable experience as we met each dog and learned about their personalities, and assisted with harnessing the dogs. We learned of our guides experiences with her dogs, how they are trained and even her Iditarod and other racing adventures! We stopped to look for beavers and drank hot chocolate The dogs were so friendly and you could tell how much they loved their job and their “mom”. Our guide was so personable, patient and just all around perfect!!! She shared stories of her life with her dogs ! It was raining some and we arrived back at our hotel with muddy boots dog kisses on our faces and couldn’t have been happier!!! A must see in Fairbanks!!!
