Be careful trusting this vendor/tourist attraction. I paid for the tour, but apparently the tour was canceled for that morning. I received a phone call that I could “book another date”, which wouldn’t work for us, and then was told I would receive a credit to my credit card for the amount. I never received the credit, I’ve texted twice to the number that called me (Margaret Blaha) and left a voice mail requesting a credit or call back. Nothing. I went back to the link and it was gone to schedule another date.

Hey Jacqueline, I’m so sorry for the delayed refund experience. I’m also sorry for the ability to book a ticket on a day we had thought was made unavailable, that should not have happened to you. I assure you, you will receive the balance back - I know faster would have been more reassuring, but I have been working with both of the booking companies who make the tickets available and I apologize it has taken longer than we would both like. You did receive a call back and we have been texting. I had offered a free ride for our mistake at a time of your choosing, which I’m still willing to honor - you just need to let me know when you’re in town next. For clarity, this is not a primary, full time job, we offer times on work weekends as work allows. I’m sorry to have caused you frustration and concern. Not a scam, just unfortunately slow processing times.
