We bought a 7 stop food tour that was supposed to be 3-3.5 hours. When we showed up the guide said that was inaccurate and it would be 4 stops with a secret stop. Then it ended up being 4 stops only - saying that the secret stop was a gimmick. She surprisingly ended it just over 2.5 hours. Ashley was a great guide for time we did get and the stops we did make it to were good, but we feel like we got short changed for the money we paid. We contacted Viator and asked for 30% back (10% for each missed stop). We were denied. This makes me second guess using Viator or Secret Food Tours for our annual travel experiences.

Kelsey was very knowledgeable about the food in Denver and a pleasure to spend the time with. The Elk hot dog was the best!!

Kelsey was a great guide for this food tour! She was able to fit in different historical facts on our walk through the city as well as point out different sights. Would definitely recommend this food tour to anyone visiting Denver for the first time!

Perfectly designed and executed. Billy’s elk brat is to die for as the secret end to the tour.
Kelsey is an exceptional tour guide! We have travelled globally and she is one of the very best.
The choice of stops represented Denver, was delicious, and diverse. Kelsey clearly has a strong relationship with the staff in each location that really creates a feeling of friends going to a regular spot rather than a tasting tour. Every restaurant was warm and welcoming.
The walks and conversations along the way really put the icing on the cake. Kelsey is very knowledgeable about Denver’s history beyond a rote set of data. She understands how Denver became what it is today. Her knowledge is relevant, demonstrates her pride in her city, and is transparent regarding the good, bad, and ugly.
We could not recommend the tour and Kelsey more highly!

Jon was an awesome tour guide! Very knowle ageable about the downtown Denver area an d definitely took us to really yummy spots! Our favorite was Yumcha for their dumplings! And the green chile was the best I’ve ever had!

7 family members in Denver for a few days. We needed a fun plan. How about a food tour! We’ve done food tours around the U.S. and the world, and this one was one of the best! Kelsey, our tour guide, was both food and Denver knowledgeable, really made the tour interesting. And the range of foods, so tasty. This was a 5 star tour, for the walk, the food, and the tour guide (Kelsey)!!

Kelsey was our guide for the Denver Food tour. She was exceptional! We were we treated to tasty local fare from a variety of great restaurants. As a bonus, Kelsey has a firm grasp on the history of Denver and the culture of its downtown neighborhoods. On our way to various restaurants, she shared history of the buildings, back stories of the neighborhoods and pointed out local favorites! It was so engaging! Highly recommend Kelsey’s tour!

This is a great way to introduce yourself to Denver, see interesting neighborhoods, and taste an eclectic mix of local cuisine. Our guide Austin was phenomenal. He clearly enjoys being around people, getting to know folks, and sharing his foodie love of some of the great eateries in Denver. I took this tour with my brother and it was the highlight of our day. There is enough walking between stops to allow you to digest and make room for the next delicious treat. I definitely would recommend this to anyone visiting Denver (or even folks like my brother who lives nearby and had never explored some of these neighborhoods).

We had a great time taking in some Denver history and facts while sampling a tasty array of food. Big shout out to our guide Austin who made our tour so personable. The elk cheddar jalapeño hot dog was my favourite sample, but I also really liked the fried chile relleno with pork green chili and then also the fig beignets!

Jon our guide was informative and entertaining.
I have a complaint with customer service.Two days before our tour, I tried to add 2 more people to our group and was not able to.I called customer service to see if they could fit them in and was told it was full. When we met up with Jon, he said we were the only 4 people in the tour (they had room for up to 10 people). So we missed out in being with our friends and Viator lost business. Bad business model.

Heather and Sherry were our guides for the tour. They were fun to talk to and had great stories of the city. The secret spot was a donut shop where we tried our first torched donut...yum!! Definitely a tour worth repeating.... keep up with the good work!
