Austin was a wonderful guide- knowledgeable, friendly and fun! The food choices were delicious too! Muffins, empanadas, bison chili and burrata cheese- yum! Highly recommend as a wonderful way to explore 16th street!

Austin was outstanding in his knowledge of the history of the food industry including trends over time in the context of other historical events and trends. It was surprising to learn how many restaurant chains and trends started in Denver. The food selections were very good. The excellent buffalo chile was very similar to the beef empanada and the toast with the burrata was not as crispy or flavorful as we’d have hoped. The muffin was outstanding although having the sweet first and while walking was a surprise. But really a worthwhile tour we enjoyed.
