- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
- Service animals allowed
- Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
- When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
- Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per sports utility vehicle
- Most travelers can participate

We booked this suv bc we had lots of luggage and it was 4 of us. Truck was full of personal items! Car was not clean! Car had seats covers that Velcro was all flipped up and got stuck to our clothes. Do not recommend

I can’t rate the experience of the ride because we did not get one. We were supposed to be picked up at OHare but the communication to the driver by this company was that we would be at Midway. After a couple of calls with both this company and the car service confirming our location, it was still not corrected so we took a cab from the airport to our hotel.

I reserved a pick up from hotel to airport in Chicago and driver never showed. I asked for a 4am pickup since my flight was at 6am, I was in the lobby at 345 and driver never showed. When I texted him he said he called at 326am and since I didn’t answer he moved on. The number that came up in my phone was from a female and the driver was male. Unreliable and unprofessional. Will never use again or recommend again. Now disputing the charge to get my money back.

It is faster and cheaper to commute via uber, it would have saved me 50% of the price! We had to wait and I was on the phone for 20 minutes because the phone number I was instructed to text upon arrival did not respond! I was put on hold several times by dispatch! Lesson learned, next time I will just grab a ride share for $48 instead of paying over $90 and end up with a total distraced driver! Not to mention we found an Iphone in the car and our driver stated it is to much of a hassle trying to find the owner! It was not the vibe I wanted to start my chicago stay out with!

I reserved and prepaid for a shuttle service to pick me up from airport to my hotel. When I called the number to pick me up. I was told my reservation was called the day before by the booking agency and there is nothing they can do about it. I needed to call them. When I call Viator they said there was problem in verifing my destination address and they have try to contact me. I never got a message or phone call. They did no try to fix or send me another car and I needed to wait for an investigation to get my money back. I ended up taking a Taxi for a services that was already pay. I got an email today the day after the booking. I needed to add the Lady at Viator was very nice but could not fix my problem even though was not my error.

There was a mix up on what terminal to pick us up from. I called our driver Reggie, he told us to stay put he would come to us! Professional and courteous he got us to our hotel safely. Nice conversation about must try foods in Chicago! So glad we booked this ride instead of trying to find a ride share option! Definitely recommend!

Smooth experience from booking on Viator to communication upon landing. Received multiple texts after switching off airplane mode from driver and company with instructions and timing of pickup. Driver was in holding lot and arrived within 15 min at door we were waiting at. Helped with our bags and got us to our downtown hotel earlier than the 1 hr Google map estimate. Five stars
