- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
- Service animals allowed
- Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
- Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan, five per sports utility vehicle or six per limousine
- Most travelers can participate

Only good thing I can say is they refund my money back. Would not recommend. Refused to change my dates and city location that the computer mess up on. Person on the phone refused at first to give me a refund. Manager called back later and issued us an refund.

driver never showed up and company still wanted to charge me and refuse to give me a refund. when i contacted the driver he said he called and since i didn't answer, he didn't come. the number he called from was from a female name that i didn't recognize and don't answer unfamiliar numbers

They don't honor the price nor the claims. They DO NOT serve Chicago, only as far as downtown. It would be better to add that piece of information so that no one else's ride is cancelled the day before they are set to depart. They accommodated me in end but they did say Viator's information is wrong and that they will no longer accept rides from Viator.

Scheduled an exact pickup time for the driver to be at my hotel a week before needing the ride. I even had to call the company providing the service to confirm my reservation details a day before. The driver reached out to me 15min before he was supposed to be there and asked me for the address where I was going to. I had already put that information in my request and confirmed it the day prior. I sent the information, the driver then acknowledged that he was on his way, and that he would be there in 20min. By the time he would have arrived to me, I would have waited 25min for him outside of the original time for him to be there. I called the company that Viator selected for service and cancelled and explained their driver was late. I asked for a refund and both the company & Viator agreed to pay. Do not do business with Carmel Car Service or at least don't preschedule a time and expect someone to be there.

Our driver was on time, friendly and helpful. HOWEVER, I reserved a SUV and received a minivan. Confirmation was made early morning Mon/Apr24 and yet received another one at 10:45pm. He made mention of late call and a minivan would be there AND I noted I reserved and confirmed a SUV

Someone from Carmen Car and Limo service called me around 2pm to confirm the pick up time, number of passengers in my party and pickup location. Seemed odd to have to repeat information they already had since the reservation was made 1 month in advance. A few hours later another email was sent to me stating the reservation was cancelled because all the Illinois drivers were working. I was left stranded without transportation and little time to find an alternative ride. If zero stars was a ratings option I would have selected that. Viator needs to screen their outsource partners more closely.

The driver didn’t show up or answer his phone. I called the dispatcher and they sent an Uber. The uber couldn’t accommodate all 6 of us so two passengers had to pay for a ride on their own. We paid for a six passenger van. This was such an inconvenience at 6am and caused us to spend more money. We almost missed our flight. The manager did not sympathize or offer any type of refund. They told us to call Viator which they didn’t offer any partial refund either.

I called Viator 3 times to confirm ride. I also called Carmel 5 times and was finally confirmed with no help from Viator..then 4:30 am Carmel said they could not accommodate via email not even text. I don’t read emails when readying to go to airport. We had to scramble for ride since no ride showed up. Terrible experience. Should not be that hard to get a ride to airport. Complete failure on your part and Carmel. I booked with you so should have been your responsibility to assure everything went smoothly or why bother booking with you?
