Terrible. Time should be slotted for 900pm to give enough to locate correct area to pick up ticket and board. They do not have digital tickets as other Chicago cruises have. The traffic and parking to get there is horrible!!!!! Google pin location is inaccurate and direct you to the opposite side of actual pier when you’re walking. Trying to contact the vendor via app was useless. No response AT ALL from the vendor when trying to locate them.

This was, without a doubt, the worst company I've ever booked with.
I booked their Fourth of July fireworks cruise, but due to severe weather in Chicago, my flight was delayed four separate times. I left for the airport at 11:00 a.m., expecting to arrive well before the 9:30 p.m. cruise, but my flight didn't depart until after 10:00 p.m. because of the weather.
I contacted the company hours in advance through Viator, explained the situation, and Viator relayed everything to the tour operator. The delays were completely outside of my control. Chicago was experiencing severe storms, hail, widespread power outages, and internet disruptions.
Despite all of that, the company refused to offer any flexibility. They would not issue a refund, provide a credit, or even allow me to use the ticket for a boat ride the following day. Their only response was that I had not canceled in advance, even though the reason I couldn't make the tour was a weather-related flight delay.
I understand that businesses have cancellation policies, but exceptional circumstances deserve reasonable customer service. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any. I would not book with this company again.

I'm sure on a clear night it would be fine. But there was fog and could not see the fireworks at all. Spent around $400. Messaged company to see if cancelled no response.

Andy - you are funny! Boat ride at night to watch year end fireworks. Perfect night. Felt safe. Andy kept you entertained and had lots of facts on Chicago. Lasted about 45 minutes, which was perfect. My daughter and I would go again

Bring a waterproof jacket or change of clothes. We are soaked. Fireworks were good. Only downside was that the speed boating lasted less that 5 minutes. The entire trip from loading onto and exiting the boat was 45 minutes.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The captain needlessly sped in circles on a cold, windy night, drenching everyone and making the entire fireworks ride miserable. I spent the show shivering, soaked, and unable to enjoy it—and even had to ride home wet. I understand this might be fun on a mild summer night, but in those conditions it was inconsiderate and ruined what should have been a great experience. I believe the captain’s name was skunk. Tell him he stinks!

Unfortunately our taxi driver didn't show up we found an Uber driver who tried to get us there but traffic was horrible & we couldn't even make it to Navy Pier. I tried calling the tour operator number but only a recording. I paid alot of money & missed it. I hope to talk to someone about a refund. Very disappointed!

The boat was fine and the turn of speed was fun. As it is quite expensive They could do some things better. The queue to get on board was poorly organised and slow moving. The tour guide was dull and not particularly informative. A larger boat floated in front of us during the fireworks and partially blocked our view.
