My daughter and I really enjoyed this experience. We had no previous experience driving a Segway but the instructions given were great and we were riding along in no time. The tour itself was informative and funny. We really enjoyed this and look forward to doing it again the next time we come to Chicago

Arrived at the office at 10.45 for an 11am tour. There was nobody at the office. No attempt was made to contact us to let us know there was a problem. Felt like a waste of an entire morning. So disappointing.

I honestly thought I’d left a review. A year late but this was an absolutely brilliant experience. My kids and I loved it. The instructor was patient till we all got the hand of using the Segway and his tour was really scenic and beautiful. Made the trip from Indianapolis on the day well worth it

Tour guide Mike was awesome! Got everybody acclimated to the Segway quickly (all of us in the group were new to Segway scooters, except for 1 person). Mike was very big on safety and made sure we all were comfortable, safe, and had an enjoyable experience. The views of the park and museum campus, Soldier Field were amazing! Definitely a unique experience. Look forward to taking the tour again on another visit to Chicago.

Mike our guide was very knowledgeable about the city landmarks. The tour took us through Grant Park on the Lake Michigan shoreline.

Very fun tour with a great guide! Even though we had been to museum campus before we saw areas we had not seen yet and learned lots of fun facts. Plus travelling on a segway was a hoot. Thanks Mike, AKA Captain Segway!

The location was hard to find because the wrong address was listed on the experience, however, once we found it, everything was amazing from there. Mike is the best Segway teacher there is! He took us on a phenomenal curated tour in Chicago to places I had never been in my many years of going to Chicago. The kids absolutely loved it and they are always hard to please lol. Five stars all the way!

Fun , fun fun and different way to see some sights. They keep the tour to 8 participants so you get to chat a lil , which is nice. Tour guide very knowledgeable and helpful.

Pros: Segways are always a blast, this was our 6th time riding them for tours. Some of the sights were beautiful, Chicago skyline and Soldier Field.
Cons: Our guide was not great. Offered to take pictures of us using our phone, then proceeded to take multiple selfies of himself we later found. He had to read from his phone for information about some of the landmarks and often said, “well if you want to know about it you can look it up later”. We were rushed and not stopping to take pictures through much of the ride. Tour was supposed to be 2-hours, but we started late and were back with 15 minutes to spare. We rode very close to Buckingham Fountain but did not see it to take pics…we had time!! No Millenium Park (was less than 1/2 mile away)…again, we had time!! We felt the tour could have included much more and should have been more informational. Guide spoke so fast it was hard to understand. His dates and info was not accurate, as we looked up quite a bit afterwards.
Lastly, it was difficult to find and filthy. Not marked except for small typed sign in a window. And holy smokes the office for the tour was disgusting! Literal trash overflowing out of trash bin onto floor and desk. It smelled and made us really uncomfortable how unkept it was. Our signed waivers were tossed into a heaping pile of papers in a corner. Hope someone inspects this place. Segways were not kept up, older, busted up, missing parts, and bald tires.

Mike was phenomenal! If you have any doubts when you walk in, don't be quick to judge...the experience is well worth it. Mike was very knowledgeable and we were able to cover a lot of ground. Our 10 year old and 13 year old both loved it, as did we...one of our best experiences in Chicago!

The tour was lots of fun and it felt good learning how to operate the Segway, but this particular location, was extremely filthy. The location 2 E. State, had overflowing trash, a funky smell and the dirtiest bathroom I have ever encountered. The actual segways were dirty and the helmets were sticky and gross. The guide Michael was okay, but the business was a disgrace.
We also didn’t go to the Buckingham Fountain because Mike the tour guide claimed there was a music concert. I’m not convinced. I was looking forward to pictures in front of the fountain. I hope I don’t develop an infection.

If you want to explore the "museum campus" this is the tour for you, if you except a tour of the city then you will be disappointed. The description states 2 hour "Tour of Chicago". it was barely 1.5 hours, and we only toured the campus which we had already done the day before. We always attempt to book a Segway tour in all the Citys we visit as we get a local's experience with hidden gems, we did not receive that experience, we have done about 15 all over the US and abroad, this was our least favorite. Our guide was nice but read the info from his phone, or at least that is what we suspected since he was on it ALOT.
