- Not wheelchair accessible
- Women who are pregnant are not allowed to ride.
- Wearing closed-toed athletic shoes on the Segway Tour is strongly recommended.
- Tours may be cancelled if the weather makes for dangerous riding conditions. If we are unable to reschedule the tour, we will issue a full credit or refund.

If you've never been on a Segway before its so easy to learn and so much fun once you do. We learnt so much about the City and truly enjoyed the experience. The ride was so much fun!

We had an amazing time on this Segway tour of Chicago’s lakefront! It was a beautiful day, and cruising on a Segway made it even better. Our guide, Joe, was awesome - super friendly, knowledgeable, and fun. He kept the group engaged and made sure everyone felt comfortable the whole time.
We visited iconic spots like Buckingham Fountain, Soldier Field, and Grant Park, all while learning obscure interesting facts about the city. The Segways were easy to maneuver, and we never felt unsafe. Joe gave great instructions and kept an eye on everyone.
This was such a fun and informative way to see the city. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something unique and enjoyable to do in Chicago!

Our tour guide was nice and patient- we liked him. The segway was cool, but if you are wanting history this wasn't the tour. Saw some landmarks, but not much and wouldn't recommend for that. The fountain was closed for an event and he didn't really have a backup option. Took us to a statue of a Greek goddess and that was all he knew- no even which Greek goddess. It was cool to ride on the waterfront and go to aquarium. I wouldn't do again. I would tell a friend to search all the segway tour companies to see what fits what they are looking for. I did appreciate they ran the tour when it was just us two.

We were lucky enough to have a small group- so it was like a personal tour. Saw the aquarium, planetarium, waterfront, parks…The guide was very patient with showing me how to use the Segway as well.

The views along the way were amazing! A comfortable and safe ride even on a busy Chicago afternoon day with about 3 music festivals going on. Highly recommend this for couples.

The Segway tour was a fun way to get around and see things. Our guide just led the way, there really wasn’t any of the typical tour guide stories of history. Our guide tried tell a few stories, but followed his story with I think that’s how it happened 😂
Overall the Segway’s were fun!

The trip was okay because of me experiencing Segway for the first time BUT everything else is HORRID.
1. The guide Ivory came 35 minutes late. After that she showed an attitude as she was doing us a favor.
2. She started doing weed while doing the tour. If you smoke weed, more power to you, but I do NOT do it. I don’t like the smell of it.
Like I said, everyone has the right to do what they want but I shouldn’t be forced to endure the smoke when I, as a student Segway driver following you closely.
I am hoping this company has other great guides and I happen to come across a person who made the experience a pain rather fun first time experience.
