Evans was a fantastic guide. He was very knowledgeable and entertaining as well. Very personable person. I enjoyed learning about the history and facts about the various stops on the tour. Evans really know a lot about the architecture, fauna, and history about the various houses and churches on the tour. I would recommend this tour to anyone going to Charleston.

Our guide Evans (a Master Tour Guide - 26 yr’s) was amazing!! It was our first trip here and he made Charleston came alive for us. His knowledge of the city, its history goes well beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. Five Stars - Jim

Evans was an excellent tour guide his route takes you to streets you would not find on your own. The architecture theme shows you the best of historic Charleston.

Charleston is a beautiful city and we were treated to some of its most impressive spots. Our guide Evans selected stops that included historical homes not usually seen on other tours. These “off the beaten track” spots were some of the most historically important and beautiful sites in Charleston.
Thank you for an informative and enjoyable tour.

If you thought you knew all of Charleston, you were probably wrong and this is most assuredly the tour you should take. Evans is a bonafide local with a long family history in the low country and amazing stories to tell and sites to show you, from the historic to the modern tidbits this tour doesn’t disappoint. Put it on your must do list if you enjoy history.

My sister and I visited Charleston for the day and decided to check out this tour since it looked pretty interesting. Our tour guide was very kind and extremely knowledgeable about all things Charleston. The Hidden Gems tour was really fun and it was exciting to get to learn some of Charleston history! I definitely recommend this tour!

We had a confirmed tour and the guide failed to show up. We were fortunate to join another tour company's group.

I am so sorry for not meeting you the morning you showed up for the tour. According to our records you did show up a day early. Luckily we were able to transfer you to one of our partners and got you out on a tour that met your schedule.
