It was more a promotion of local businesses than a real tour. I was disappointed. I don’t recommend it.
Isaac_Y, Jan 2026
Bus windows limited ability to see points of interest. Tour guide was very knowledgable and pleasant. Unfortunately he talked way too fast and his non stop style made it difficult to absorb and process the information he was imparting.
Emily_C, Dec 2025
Our tour guide, Shawn, shared lots of great history all while driving safely on tight roads. We definitely learned details that were new to us.
Shanika_S, Dec 2025
great guide , very friendly and full of info. charleston is a beauriful town with alit of history. Need to come back on a weekend when not raining and take time to soak it all in.

I truly enjoyed this 1.5-hour bus tour through historic Charleston. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging. He shared so much fascinating history about the city, the food, and even the good, bad, and ugly sides of Charleston’s past, all in a very warm and respectful way. Despite the rainy weather, the cozy bus made the experience even better. It was the perfect way to see the city and learn about its rich culture and heritage. Highly recommend!

It was a rainy day. So it was difficult to see out of the bus windows. Also, he kept the air conditioner on the whole time so the windows wouldn’t get steamy that’s great, but I couldn’t hear what he was saying. The history was marginally interesting take it if you just wanna be shown around the city but for free you can go on the free trolley and see more.

In spite of stormy weather we were able to see the beautiful city. Scott our driver was exceptional. We learned a lot about the city!
Dorette_A, Oct 2025
Anderson was very knowledgeable. Very informative! Great personality. He recommended the coconut cake, he should get a free piece.
Sylvia_P, Oct 2025
So much information with fun, knowledgeable drivers! They maneuvered their way around all the while telling us about the great history of this beautiful city!
FATIMA_O, Sep 2025
On time pickup. Highlighted all the best spots in Charleston. Loved the tour of the Citadel. Tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend this to anyone visiting Charleston for the first time.
Clara_V, Sep 2025
Super efficient way to explore the city and learn more about the history. FYI, you don't get off the bus during the tour so mark the best spots so you can go back for photos!
Michael_F, Sep 2025
Guide was very informative and relaxing! He was full of interesting facts and humor. I would recommend this tour highly.
Judith_B, Sep 2025
Tour Guide was very informative as he is a 6th generation Charlestoian. Great speaker and never hesitated to answer our questions.
Raymond_N, Sep 2025
Wonderful tour, driver was fun, knowledgeable and explained everything. Would do again. If you went to the Citadel warn driver LoL.
Linda_W, Aug 2025
We Saw lots of interesting buildings and houses. But Could not understand the driver’s words very well.
Carol_A, Aug 2025
Was so excited about this tour…but now need a refund bc you cancelled the tour. Flooding issue. Thank you.
If we’d gotten to go my rating would be a 5.
LaTasha_M, Aug 2025
Our tour guide, Anderson was great. He provided a wealth of information and he had a great personality.
Amy_C, Aug 2025
This was our first time in Charleston so loved starting our visit with Al! He was so knowledgeable about the city and so many places. We loved learning about the city and stories before we walked around town! Air conditioned bus helps you beat the heat! Pickup/dropoff spot in beautiful old train stations with very clean public bathrooms and easy parking lot!
Amie_C, Aug 2025
Shawn was an amazing tour guide. It was a perfect tour full of history and knowledge. So much interesting history in Charleston!
Judy_D, Aug 2025
Seats are thinly padded and close together. If one has back problems this isn't for you. Bus was hot. Air conditioning unit loud. Speaker did a nice job but was hard to hear.
Vincent_O, Jul 2025
The Charleston Bus Tour was amazing, and John, who was both our tour guide and driver, was extremely knowledgeable about the history of the City of Charleston.
Ericka_M, Jun 2025

Lynne_R, Jun 2025
On an hot summer day we appreciated this air conditioned bus. Tour covered a lot of landmarks. Driver was knowledgeable and willing to answer questions.
Karen_M, Jun 2025
Bus driver was very cool and knowledgeable! We found a lot of sights we would have missed! Nice and comfortable! Great ride!
brenda_b, May 2025
Comfy bus. Delightfully talkative guide, as a guide should be. We enjoyed seeing places that we had missed on other tours...Guide/driver also very considerate of my husband who has mobility challenges, and drove bus up the ranks so he didn't have to walk as far.
Christine_I, May 2025
Shuttle driver was awesome! Great way to get acquainted with Charleston at a reasonable price. Would go again next time.
Umberto_P, May 2025
Your tour did not include what was stated in the details. Very disappointed. Driver dropped at different location. Rainbow row is why we took the tour to see that location. However, driver stated he could not go down that street.
David_O, Apr 2025
Very pleasant tour guide. We saw and learned a lot about Charleston.
It wasn’t a very warm day, but the air conditioner in the bus couldn’t keep up with the warmth.
colleen_t, Apr 2025
Our guide was very knowledgeable and shared great stories along the way. Air conditioning was awesome to keep us cool on tour. Great tour.
Jimmy_P, Apr 2025
