Not clear explanation

The attraction we went to was amazing. It was not clear that we had to use the pass all in one day so I paid $154 for 1 attraction(the aquarium). It is not clear when it says that the pass expires 60 days after you first start using it.

Unable to open and use QR code at aquarium or anything else! Trying to get refund!! Common issue per ticket center with this third party vendor ☹️

There was no order number in the email, an error page opened when i tried to download the pdf. Because of this I couldn’t open the tickets to actually get in because the QR code doesn’t work at the sites, at least at the aquarium. At the museum of science , they didn't want to deal with it and just let us in. Good thing was that the aquarium was sold out, this package did get us in…eventually after 30 minutes and working with a manager(thank you to him).

Qpc would not scan or work at first

Initially was terrible, could not get the qpc scan code to work. Waited in lines only to be turned away. Spent over one hour on the phone, the viator page to download the tickets was not working. Eventually had to call Go City and have them email the correct qpc scan for each person and then was able to use the tickets without issues. Overall, spent over one hour in the hot sun and on the phone trying to get it to work. Pretty poor customer service.

Don’t buy your pass through Viator

The go city pass is great if you purchase it through them and Viator. I tried inputting all the info I got from Viator into the go city app and it didn’t work. Requested a refund and was denied. Money and time down the drain

Not great on multiple attractions.

Difficult to use it in all attractions. The only place that it worked was at Red Sox stadium. I couldn't use it at the aquarium or at the Science Museum. Staff didn't know how to use it.

Most included attractions were good, one ducks was great and one was pretty weak. Also, similar discounts were available once we arrived in Boston, although using the Explorer Pass was more convenient.

Using the pass was easy and we enjoyed the tours we chose. One thing to fix: your email told me to print the guidebook for descriptions of the offerings and check if a reservations was needed. There was no way to access the guidebook from the email. After calling a new email was sent with the guidebook which was very helpful.

Da Boston ci aspettavamo di più ma essendo italiani e provenendo da NY era logico, abbiamo fatto il giro con il bus storico che offriva 9 fermate tutte tranne un paio interessanti, le guide non erano male e qualcuna anche comica, la sera abbiamo fatto il giro in battello al tramonto che offriva pochissimi spunti sulla storia dei luoghi e solo alla fine un bel panorama tra qualche grattacielo e molti yacht, sconsiglio la scelta di queste attività anche se dubito che ci sia di meglio
