I had to change my plans to get to the Anchorage Airport from Seward (Cruise). I was nervous because I read a couple reviews that were negative but I had to choice to try them. Rick called me about 45 minutes early to let me know that he was on site and he would wait for me or we could go early. So we left a little early and had a very nice ride to the airport. Rick told us some interesting facts along the way. I would recommend using them. They even have an app so that you can communicate them easier if you would like.

Run from Viator & Carmel Limo, don’t walk!

Terrible experience. DO NOT book with Viator or their service provider Carmel Limo. They left us high & dry! Cancelled our private transfer hours before our pick up offering no alternative. They just said “sorry!” We scrambled to find our own back up. You should avoid them at all cost!!

Our driver was 40 minutes...

Our driver was 40 minutes late. Then we had to stop because his sugar was “getting dangerously high”. Then he kept running off the road… we were scared he was having a diabetic reaction or something. For $900 ( we were told we had to tip him $100), it was ridiculously expensive and terrifying experience.

He was a wonderful driver and professional in every way. He is deeply knowledgeable of the area and flexible to the desires of his clients. Having him as our narrator for one of the most beautiful drives in the world (Seward to Anchorage) made the trip that much better. We are so thankful to Brent for taking care of us so well. Oh, and he is also a gifted storyteller and jokester!

Alaskan van ride was great

Our driver, Adam, was really great. He was on time, and we took hours getting off boat. He was helpful and patient, waiting almost 2 hours for all of us. We would use this service again. One minor downside was too many middlemen. A few details never got to the actual van owner. Like arrival time, etc. still a good experience

Awesome communication

We had learned once we had embarked on our Alaskan adventure that the Alaskan Railroad portion of our journey was cancelled due to Mother Nature and her ideas about the changing seasons. Fortunately we were able to secure a ride back to reality (Anchorage) to catch a flight back to the real,real reality. We were hopeful that the journey from Seward to Anchorage would yield some beautiful mountainous vistas that we were so expecting from our planned train journey. Mother Nature decided we needed sleet and snow instead, within the comfort of our warm van and in the safety of our hospitable guide Sharon, we arrived to Anchorage safe and sound to embark on the final leg of our journey. Our driver was on time and super positive and friendly. Clean and nice SUV. A small trailer was pulled behind with our suitcases. Which offered more space in the SUV. We arrived at the airport in exactly three (3) hours. Plenty of time to check in and enjoy the lounge before our flight.

Stranded 121 away from airport

I scheduled a ride several days in advance paid 100% in advance and 14 hours before pickup said my ride has been cancelled. I called and tried to get help because I was stranded 121 miles from the airport. Response was sorry we will refund your money.

Booked and had confirmation within minutes when our cruise line assured us there's no way for us to book private transport the day before disembarking and that we'd need to change our flight because we weren't going to make it to the airport on time. So Much More Than Just a Great Ride

Rick, our driver, provided so much more than just a transfer to the airport. He pointed out wildlife, historical areas, and told us so much about the area. He even made a U-turn and pulled over so we could see a mountain goat. When we were ready to leave the cruise terminal earlier than our scheduled departure time, Rick was able to accommodate us.

My driver almost did not pick us up at all. When de did he was driving an old conversion van with 380,000 miles on it and no shock absorbers. He told us the intermediarry company told him not to come as our reservation was not confirmed. I had paid $550 in full in advance for a limo or SUV. This is not acceptable !! Please contact me!

This was a very comfortable way to get back to Anchorage, clean car and very courteous driver. I actually got picked up at accommodation in Seward and not the cruise terminal although there was no option to select this upon booking, I had to make a phone call to see if this was possible, which couldn't be confirmed when booking and once booked and requested information completed I still did not receive confirmation, this happened a couple of days before pick up when I rang to confirm the booking. I rated 5 stars for the pick up service but I would only rate the actual booking process with the supplier a 3.

This was a car transfer from Seward to Anchorage. We were on a Holland America Cruise that ended in Seward. We chose to use an independent transfer for my grandsons and my husband and I instead of the coach transfer. The transfer was on time and took us to our hotel for the day. From the hotel we took their shuttle to the airport for a red-eye flight to home. Very happy with Seward transfer, would use them again.
