Our guide was very informative giving us a short history lesson on Anchorage. She was also very knowledgeable about the Northern Lights. It was an amazing experience that I will never forget.

Excellent tour even thought the northern lights were not visible. Our guide Bob was excellent taking us to other areas to see, especially Beluga Point.
This tour booking was phenomenal and absolutely deserving of 5 stars!
The original description says the tour runs from 9 PM–12 AM, but because the Northern Lights are so dependent on changing weather and visibility, Carla and Bob really do their best to accommodate and make the experience special regardless of the conditions.
The day we went, visibility was lower and the chances of seeing the Northern Lights weren’t looking as strong. They texted us earlier in the day to let us know and were very transparent about the conditions. Instead of just cancelling or sticking to the original schedule, they adjusted the tour to start at 7 PM and go until 11 PM so we could see the sunset and visit some other beautiful and special sites around Anchorage. I really appreciated how much effort they put into making sure we still had a great experience!
Unfortunately, my flight was delayed and I ended up arriving in Anchorage hours later than expected. Carla was communicative and accommodating and helped coordinate everything so I could still meet up with the tour group once I landed. I was incredibly grateful that she and Bob made the effort to pick me up and go above and beyond to make sure I could join the tour.
Bob, our tour guide and driver, was wonderful! He's present, grounded, sharp, and very funny. Which makes for a perfect tour guide, especially in Alaska where you can encounter wildlife! Throughout the tour, he shared much about the history, wildlife, and culture of Alaska.
Even though the Northern Lights conditions weren’t perfect that night, I'm still very happy that I went and experienced the tour, and met some amazing fellow travelers.
I am so grateful and appreciative of how flexible, thoughtful, and welcoming everyone was. This ended up being such a memorable part of my Alaska trip.
THANK YOU SO MUCH, CARLA AND BOB!!! I truly appreciate everything you did for us and would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Anchorage!
This wasn't a great tour. Our driver seemed unaware and unenthusiastic. We only went to two stops and saw absolutely nothing. And was back at our hotel 90 minutes early! I wish I could get a full refund.

We thank you for sharing your thoughts about this excursion.
At times we have found visitors to be less than satisfied due to our far North West Pacific weather. Our area is surrounded by wilderness and possess an abundance of wildlife and geological wonders such as glaciers.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee all sightings will be viewed since conditions varies by season, ocean tides, safety, third party groups and powerful Alaska weather conditions that can be mild-to-harsh year round.
This was a fantastic tour! Bob was so knowledgeable and his hot chocolate was amazing! He was thoughtful and super helpful to give us the best time.
Didn’t see the northern lights. The tour operator couldn’t control that. However they didn’t do anything to make the experience more enjoyable. The guide was sick. She coughed and sneezed throughout the tour. We couldn’t understand her when she spoke into the headset. We sat in the van for 3 hours listening to her cough and two other people snore. There was no music or conversation, stories about the northern lights or anything. Just silence and no lights. Hopefully we didn’t catch whatever she has.

They will really do everything they can to make sure you get to experience the aurora. Amazing communication as well.
I had a life-changing experience taking pictures of the Northern Lights. Although you are not guaranteed to see them, as you may see them on the internet, it is worth a try.
While I didn't get to see the Northern Lights due to clouds and despite a high KP index (aurora forecast), it was nice to be offered another a chance after the first attempt at no additional cost. I enjoy nature so being outside for a few hours at night was a pleasant experience in itself and out guide, Donna, did everything she could by taking us to various spots (and providing hot coffee and snacks).

Meet good people on this tour that may be friends for life.
Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and fun.
The location was not a good spot. We sat in a minivan all night turnoff. There were no circulation.
The positive was the tour guide.
