Elvis was on the bus
We had a wonderful time with Elvis, tour guide and Leah our driver. They made us laugh and smile throughout the day. We were able to take in the memorials and monuments learning more than just their names but much history that surrounds them. My last visit to DC was more than 40 years ago and to see the newer memorials and learn about the creators, the lives they represent and the international community that was affected and also lost lives in wars and conflicts along with Americans was thought provoking and an emotional experience for me. While my family didn't lose loved ones in WWI, WWII, KOREA OR VIETNAM we had men and women who served in each and were affected by their service for the remainder of their lives. We also enjoyed a delightful boat tour and delicious lunch with a friend we made on our tour. I highly recommend the glass top tour to anyone wanting to see as much as possible in a single day.

Take a chance!
Very handy if you missed the recreation.gov cutoff for scheduling a visit and don't have the availability to wait in line. The App is a bit clunky with passes and needs a way to import into wallet to present to the park rangers for admission. Vendor stayed in communication and notified us of time change due to elevator maintenance. Worth the trip.

Great time!
Driving DC can be difficult - especially when you don't know where you are going! This wonderful experience allowed our family to enjoy the monuments without the stress of trying walk miles and miles or catch the metro over and over again when we don't know which bus ends up where! We also learned a lot from Fiona, our guide. She was kind and made the experience a family friendly and fun time. We were able to see all of the sites we wanted to see. Our family would highly recommend this great experience.

The tour experience was...
The tour experience was far more than we expected. Chris was well informed on the sites we saw. He did a great job driving us through D.C. and pointing out many attractions with stories accompanying them. We were able to comfortably hop on and hop off at any or all the stops. It was a great way to determine if we wanted to revisit certain locations in the daylight.

The nation's capital boasts a wealth of monuments, memorials, and museums. That abundance can be overwhelming—but Washington DC tours offer an easier way to see the best of the city. Enjoy a flexible sightseeing experience when you travel by hop-on hop-off bus or trolley, or explore by night to beat the crowds and see landmarks from the Lincoln Memorial to the White House lit up after dark. Then, dig deeper: Whether you visit the US Capitol, explore Smithsonian highlights like the Air and Space Museum, or pay tribute at Arlington National Cemetery, it's worth stopping for a closer look.
