It was incredible. We've done it before, but this time, it was better. Captain Teach and first mate Shannon were terrific. Shannon was such a doll, esp. her voice. Everybody was so nice. Krystal (?) was so good getting us on this tour, even if we got our reservations screwed up. Great time all around.

Unfortunately, the trip...

Unfortunately, the trip cut short by an hour do to a medical emergency onboard, but the 2 hours on sea was well worth it. I was happy to see the crew handled the medical emergency with class, care and priority. In the two hours on the open sea, we enjoyed seeing humpback wales and many dolphins during this trip. The crew did an awesome job narrating and made the experience both educating and fun. Since the trip was cut short, everyone onboard was offered a free voucher for another trip, but we happily declined. Although, the gesture was very much appreciated, we were satisfied,.so thank you. Respectfully.

Calling All Couch Potatoes

This is for you folks with hidden disabilities and all couch potatoes on the fence! I weigh 300 pounds and walk only from my home office to the kitchen and back, and nevertheless was able to handle the activity without much difficulty. My arms are not sore the next day although I thought they would be. The walk from the surf place to the beach is about 300-400 meters, definitely doable. I enjoyed it a great deal. I would say take a water bottle with you on the ride. Good luck!

Fabulous Morning at Sea!!

What an overall great experience! From the time we checked in till the time we departed from the ship. We, family of 4 (Dad, Mom, and Daughters 15 & 17) absolutely loved the excursion. We were talking after getting out of the harbor that it was just a nice ride that even we didn't see anything we would have had a satisfying trip. Before we knew it we were immersed in a familial pod of dolphins swimming along side the boat with their babies in tow. Almost as if they were showing off for us. As we continued out, I was fortunate enough to see along the horizon a hump back whale breach the ocean fully and splash in the distance. The captain headed that direction as I am sure they saw as well and before we knew it we were in another pod of dolphines with a humpback whale amongst them. Several times it breached the water with side splashes, the tail visibile to as it went under, and once even brought its head up along side the boat for us to see. The crew was very informative, knew exactly what they were doing and fun to interact with. There was nother whale watching ship that came on the scene as well and it was so over corwded, packed elbow to elbow, and looked very uncomfortable. As I told one of the crew members I would be more than willing to pay a little more for more of a private, comfortable, and personable experience. We were so pleased with it and next time we are back in town will be booking with the some company again.

Dolphins and Whales and a Fighter plane oh my!

We paid for the early boarding which was a waste of money. You can move around the boat so it was pointless. We saw 2 large pods of dolphins which for me was the highlight. Our guide gave us lots of neat facts and information along the way. We saw a humpback whale breach and then it pop up here and there. We also had Navy fighter planes flying overhead which was cool. A really fun experience!

This is a must do! We...

This is a must do! We spent 5 hours exploring and really loved it! The audio tour was great, the volunteers were friendly and knowledgable and the whole museum is very well done. Only negative was the picture they took when we entered was terrible. I always buy the pictures but didn’t buy this one. When compared to others it was easy to see something went wrong.

Highly recommend with kids! Such a fun time.

Wonderful experience! We went at sunset with our two kids (11yo and 9yo) and loved every minute. The captain was engaging and let the boys help set up the sails! The boat rode was very smooth, and we saw lots of wildlife on the way out of the harbor. We enjoyed drinks and light snacks. Highly recommend doing this! Wear layers! It felt much colder out in the water than I expected.

Great family experience on the water!

Enjoyable day on the water and learned something along the way! The San Diego Harbor had so many boats and Naval vessels to see, we never got bored. The shoreline businesses and the skyline were stunning. The wonderful San Diego weather was a plus! We enjoyed the whole experience.

A Must-Do San Diego Experience!

The San Diego Zoo was absolutely amazing — hands down the best zoo I have ever been to! The exhibits were incredible, beautifully designed, and gave you such a great view of all the animals. The entire zoo was extremely clean and very well maintained. The zoo bus tour is a must-do and such a great way to see everything and learn more about the animals. The Skyfari tram is also a must — the views are amazing, and I loved that both the bus tour and tram were included with admission. Parking was easy, and the zoo map was simple to follow, which made navigating such a large zoo stress-free. We had such a wonderful time exploring and making memories with family. I would absolutely go again and highly recommend adding the San Diego Zoo to your list!
