Where to begin! So many great things. First, HUGE kudos to Captain Kauai and the crew. Everyone was super attentive, gracious, and in tune with the guests. The crew went over and beyond in taking group photos during the best parts of the tour. Our daughter had an amazing time conversing with and learning some history from Capt. Kauai. OUTSTANDING. Second, IF you think you may get seasick, no shame in asking for a white pail. 😳 It can be your “plus one.” Third, the food was great and the sunset beyond words. We highly recommend this tour but note, it can be a bumping ride out but much smoother coming back. Capt. Kauai and the crew did great in letting guests know ahead of time about rough patches so you can prepare. You will get your money’s worth. Thank you, Capt Kauai and crew!! 🫶 Finally, if you happen to be one of “those” families with a lot of unaddressed drama, please don’t let it play out in public. It is embarrassing or, at least it should be, but some good entertainment for the rest of the guests. 🫣

I would mention about the...

I would mention about the chances of seeing dolphins or whales in the afternoon like we did is nil in the summer so, it's better to reserve for the 0700 tour. I chose not to snorkel that day because it was a little chilly and like rush-rush for a 71 yr old woman like me. I like to take my time snorkeling and just enjoying it.

This was THEE best activity we had while staying on Kaua’i. The staff was amazing from the Captain to the entire crew, Liliana and Ethan. The scenery was absolutely breath taking, and we learned so much about what we were seeing from the crew. The weather allowed us to stop for snorkeling and swimming. Absolutely breathtaking views. I was terrified at first (my husband is the one who wanted to do the heli tour) but our pilot helped put me at ease. He warned us when it would get bumpy so there were no scary surprises. He also stayed away from a cliff edge at my request bc I was scared. I am so glad I did it and would recommend that everyone should see Kauai from a helicopter.

What an experience! Captain Alicia and the crew (Erin, Julian, and Avery) were all fantastic. The scenery was absolutely amazing, the on board food options were great, and the overall care and knowledge were comforting. Alicia handled those waves and wins like a champ and the crew was very attentive to everyone’s needs. The history, the views, and the passengers were a joy and made my birthday extra special! I’d highly recommend KST to anyone. The vessel was comfortable as well. Can’t wait to come back again.

Incredible ! The music...

Incredible ! The music and performances were great from start to finish. There was some fluff and history lessons which were interesting but hard for our 4 year old to stay engaged. Just something to consider if you're bringing kids! Seats are first come first serve. We got in line at 4:45 and we were seated in the front row of tables at 5:30. So be prepared to wait around before you sit!

Unforgettable adventure

Our doors-off helicopter tour was one of the absolute highlights of our trip! The views were breathtaking, and there is nothing quite like the euphoric feeling of soaring above the island with nothing between you and the incredible scenery. Megan was a fantastic guide. She shared interesting information about the island throughout the flight and made sure we saw as many of the highlights as possible despite the windy conditions. We especially appreciated that safety was always her top priority. The entire staff was organized, prompt, and genuinely friendly from start to finish. They even gave us the option to reschedule because of the morning fog, which showed they truly cared about giving us the best possible experience. This was an unforgettable adventure, and we would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Kauai. It was an unbelievable experience we'll never forget!

Excellent guides and well organized! A really fun family activity!

Well organized trip. Our guides, Eden & Jules were amazing! Super energetic, attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, engaging and made sure you were safe at all times and patient & encouraging when you were hesitant and nervous. (Middle-aged mom here) I was really nervous coming off of the platform on most of the lines, but Eden & Jules made me feel safe and confident. I was expecting my stomach to turn while riding down the lines, but I think the part that was most scary was the height of some platforms and walking off the platforms. The rides were super fun and the fastest line “Waita” was my favorite! I highly recommend this tour. It was really fun and 8 lines were just the right amount. Beautiful views from the higher lines that closely overlook Waita Resevior. Our family, with 2 teens, really enjoyed it!

Fun experience, fast boat, and great cave exploring

One of our more pricey activities in Hawaii, but worth it for once in a lifetime views of Na Pali. And do not underestimate that this is an adventure tour. It's also a 1-boat family run business with an owner & captain who's been doing it for 10 years, so please support. All three guides on our trip were fun, friendly, and knowledgeable of all the facts & features about the Na Pali Coast and surrounding areas. Along the way we saw a sea turtle, multiple pods of spinner dolphins, and tropical fish while snorkeling. A couple of key points: - The boat ride is fast and bumpy. Me and my older daughter sat at the front of the boat. It is awesome, but trust me that you need to hold onto the ropes 100% of the time up there or...man overboard. - Recommend motion sickness meds even if you are occasionally susceptible. - Go early when the surf is light. It's also much better for the snorkeling part of the trip. - If it's possible for your timing, go at low tide. They will be able to enter more caves overall and go deeper into them. Super cool! -

Absolutely thrilling way to see the Na Pali Coast!

We had a great tour on the “super raft” with Ryan and Max! Ryan did an excellent job as captain navigating small spaces and rough waters and Max did a great job checking in on everyone! Some things to note: -We did the afternoon tour and didn’t see dolphins and had fairly rough water which seems typical for the afternoon. We were still able to go snorkeling and go into two sea caves (open air one and a lava tube). -Very adrenaline filled! You go so fast but you will fill every slam of the boat on the swells. We sat in about the middle (4 rows back). They explained that sitting in the front you’ll feel it most vs the back the least -The feel is more front and back vs. side to side which was actually better for my motion sickness, but there was someone who was quite sick on the tour but seem to be well attended to. -We had 24 people on our tour (out of 28 seats on our boat). It was a nice size to be able to get individual photos and be able to have some room while snorkeling -Size of the boat was nice to be able to get close to the cliffs, navigate under a waterfall (you will get soaked)! -The super raft is super fun! The last 5 mins to the dock was so exhilarating and an unexpected highlight for both of us!
