Worth the price!

Easy to book with lots of time slots provided. Easy to check in and start the tour. Our guide Christina was amazing, and Rex was the sweetest horse ever. The tour was the perfect amount of time, and the guide was very funny and explained the rich history of Charleston throughout the entire trip. We were on a work trip so our free time was limited to later in the day/early evening. I would strongly suggest this tour to anyone with a short amount of time.

Very interesting. Learned some things I never heard before. This is definitely a must-do for a history lover, but there’s enough to keep those that aren’t history lovers interested. We had a great time. Quiet, peaceful, as well as respectful. We will definitely go back again.

The guy who was taken our picture once he was done he came around to me First I said ok before I can say I would like to pay for them he done snatch the picture of my hand. He’s real rude he come off as a racist. Real short and nasty for no reason. And when I confronted him, that’s when he tried to apologize. But other than that experience, I had was really great.

Fun and informative trip

This was a great excursion. While the trip is not a narrated trip, the captain and crew were available to explain what they were doing and any other questions you might have. We sailed for about 90 minutes, saw dolphins and enjoyed an afternoon sailing. It's well worth the cost of the trip!

Fun and interesting!!

We had such a great experience on the Old Town Trolley Tour of Charleston! We were a group of six ranging in age from 25 to 90, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. Our tour guide, Capt. Matty, was fantastic, extremely knowledgeable, entertaining, and genuinely funny. He kept us laughing throughout the tour and even had sound effects that he played over the speakers at just the right moments, which made it even more fun. We learned so much about Charleston’s history while being thoroughly entertained the entire time. It’s not always easy to find something that a group with such a wide age range can all enjoy, but this was a hit with everyone. Capt. Matty really made the experience memorable. Highly recommend the Old Town Trolley Tour and if you’re lucky enough to get Capt. Matty as your guide, you’re in for a treat!

Wonderful, unique experience , and good value

Schedule yourself for at least 3-4 hours to get full experience. Squeezed in a visit in 2.5 hours, but I had been there a few years ago and skipped a few things. Beautiful, interesting place for nature, history, architecture lovers. They are well-organized and no “add on” fees for special tours—everything included in admission fee. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable.
