Must See KSC!

Cruise Disembarkation day, we planned to rent a car from Budget, and head on over to KSC. I didnt anticipate a 2.5 hour ordeal from port to Budget! Everybody was getting a rental car that day. By the time we got the car it was already 1pm, and ksc closes at 5pm. So we had to pivot, and change our visit to the next day. Luckily, the tix have a 15 day flexible buffer so we didnt stress about losing the use of the ticket! We had a fantastic time at KSC, very awe inspiring and amazing what humans can achieve. P.s. I had already messed up my tix reservations the first time with a wrong date, and Gray Lines was able to make an adjustment for me easily. I really appreciate the customer service and flexibility.

Guide was Amazing

We had an amazing time. The water is gorgeous. Didn't see any monkeys, but there was a lot of wildlife to enjoy. The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took photos of people in the group and shared them with us at the end of the trip. My sister invited a friend, who has never been to any of the FL springs. She enjoyed the trip very much!

Great tour. Great customer service

Wonderful customer service. I miscaluated my time and was not going to make it in time for the tour. Customer service was so gracious and allowed me to swich to another day. The day of the tour was wonderful. It was so relaxing and I learned fun facts about the everglades. The boat crew were kind and knowledgeable. Although the trip was cut short due to mother nature (lightening strike) safety first. I enjoyed myself and if I'm ever in the area again will definitely do another a tour. Its affordable, relaxing and fun.

We saw a manatee!!!

We had a great time. John was an excellent guide and the trip was manageable for me alone with my 3 kids (9,10,13). My boys said they want to go back next weekend. They loved learning all the facts about Silver Springs and the animals. We saw a manatee, some gators, turtles, fish and lots of beautiful birds! Next time we hope to see a monkey and otter! You could definitely rent a kayak or Bring your own, but it was really nice to just show up and have everything handled for you. Plan to arrive an hour early in case you get lost!

Stormy but pleasant start to cruise week

Storms in Orlando closed the ramp and our baggage was delayed but our driver was patient and kind and our party of 7 had a comfortable ride to the coast while other ground transport was off schedule and backed up. Our driver Adan kept communicating with us and provided clear meeting instructions.

We booked a mini bus for our transport from Disney’s Polynesian Resort to Port Canaveral. Mauricio was a great driver. He arrived early, we got a text saying he was there. He loaded and unloaded our bags and was very polite and professional. Clean bus. Comfortable seating.

Fabulous Professional Ride! Room for family and luggage!

Shamar was such a great, reliable ride to our Disney resort. We were staying at the Animal Kingdom lodge and she went above and beyond by finding out which location we will be staying in. She had tons of room in the vehicle for all our luggage and even offered to bring a child seat for my granddaughter. The transfer is round trip and she made sure to follow up with me to pick us up promptly. I can’t recommend this company enough! I’ll definitely be a repeat customer next time I’m in Florida!

Conner was an awesome...

Conner was an awesome captain and tour guide. Extremely knowledgeable. In addition to alligators, we saw lots of wildlife (eagles, egrets, blue heron, osprey, commerants and a white tailed deer). We even saw two domestic cows who swam out and were feeding on the grasses). You won't believe where this boat can go...places no normal boat should even attempt . So cool. Highly recommend.
