Fun tour mixing history an food
This tour was a nice mix of history and food. We really enjoyed visiting the Central market and sampling cheesesteak, dumplings and soft pretzels. We made other stops after the market to sample dessert, Korean food and finished up at the oldest tavern in Philly to sample another form of cheesesteak in an egg roll. We were all full at the end of the tour after all of the tasty samples. Jason, our tour guide was very knowledgeable about Philly history and food. Highly recommend this fun tour.

Don’t miss this tour!
Our guide, Mark, gave us a great overview of Philadelphia in a vehicle that gave us unique views. He was fun and knowledgeable. He shared the history of the city’s founding, growth and sense of community. And, of course, about the mark that Ben Franklin had on the city and country. Highly recommend this tour.

Nice to walk the city at night and learn its lore.
This was a cool tour. It is interesting to walk the city at night, not only learning history but also the city's lore. The guide was very knowledgeable of history, and you could see and feel his passion for the city. He is a history teacher, so that just adds to the experience. Even though it is for adults only, it is not raunchy or inappropriate in any way. In fact, I would rate it pretty PG in terms of offense.

A must do trip if you are visiting Philadelphia for several days!
9am to 5-6pm(traffic). Fantastic experience. Jason was very knowledgeable. We loved that he took us to of the regular path stops. We visited a toy making business and a quilt shop as well as the traditional market with all the shops. I can’t express enough how much we enjoyed Jason as our tour guide. Would highly recommend this day trip!!!

Philadelphia tours prove that there’s more to the City of Brotherly Love than its role in the American Revolution. With a local expert, you can marvel at the murals and Magic Gardens of South Philly, feast on cheesesteaks and tomato pie in the city’s historic markets, and roam the stately mansions and gardens of Brandywine Valley. Of course, you’ll also want to follow the footsteps of America’s founding fathers and earliest citizens, which you can do on historian-led tours of Independence Hall, Elfreth’s Alley, and the President’s House that predates the White House.
