My husband and I enjoyed...

My husband and I enjoyed our tour with Chris. He was young, but knowledgeable and so so patient with 4 older ladies in our group. They had all graduated from nursing school together 60 years ago so they had to be in their 80s. They weren't in the greatest shape to do a lot of walking, but Chris was so good to them and gave them assistance where needed. I was thoroughly impressed by him. We did the Journey Behind the Falls tour and the boat tour. Boy did we get wet on the boat tour. I recommend wearing clothes that dry quickly or bring an extra set with you. Wet jeans are no fun to walk around in afterward.

Great choice for folks wanting a smaller group tour

We booked this trip for my mom's birthday. The van was a comfy minivan and our driver was upbeat and drove very safely. He pointed out landmarks and let us now where to meet our tour guide. The tour guide gave us plenty of time to explore the the area and answered all our questions. Really friendly locals who pointed out interesting facts. The ride back was smooth even as Toronto traffic made it long.

Vick’s Mafia Tour is Highly Recommended

Our Niagara Falls tour was an amazing experience from start to finish! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and seeing the falls up close was truly unforgettable. Everything was well organized, and the tour by Vick’s Mafia gave us plenty of opportunities to enjoy the scenery, take photos, and learn more about the area and history. Best tour ever!!

We can’t say enough about this tour! Our tour guide Deb is amazing! Her knowledge of the area and enthusiasm made this trip memorable. We experienced so many activities but never felt rushed. We went on the Maid of the Mist, climbed the stairs on the side of both the American Falls and Bridal Veil Falls. She gave us tips on how to stay dry but we wanted the full experience so got wet. We also toured Goat and Luna Islands. The pick up and drop off at our hotel made it easy. Deb had us laughing a lot and treated us as close friends. We will definitely go on this tour again when we are in the area. We highly recommend this tour. Especially if Deb is your guide.

Our guide Cheryl was pleasant, funny and very knowledgeable. She shared fun facts and history all throughout our tour. Cheryl was able to adjust our arrival times to help avoid crowds which kept was moving at just the right pace, which I’m sure, is not always possible but it was so nice to know our guide was trying hard to make our tour flow. This tour was the perfect combination of adventure, meeting other travelers and a wonderful guide.

Fantastic trip!

Lenny was an excellent guide! He told us the best place to stand on the Maid of the Mist boat tour to the falls and then took us to the caves where we got absolutely soaked! You don't have to get into the spray but it's fun! They give you a poncho. Altogether a fantastic trip. I highly recommend it.

They took care of the timing.

We went Friday morning before Labor Day weekend, and wanted to do both the Maid boat and Cave of the Winds. All we had to do was show up at 10, Niagara Regional via Viator guide Greg took care of tickets and timing.at a reasonable pace. He enjoyed answering questions about waterfall and rapids history and water management. He said he’d answer ehat he could about the Canada side, but focused on the American side. He gave a great tour of the state park, dropped us off for the boat ride, then walked us over to Goat Island for the Cave sttraction. Both were our favorites, followed by views from Luna Island over Bridal Veil falls (a quick staircase away), views Terrapin and Prospect Points, and a wuick drive out to Whirpool state park to see whirpools and the aerocar going over them. We enjoyed the Canadian side also (the movie and Skylon tower), but Maid and Cave gave uou that little bit of a thrill. If you have kids, Greg engages the kids and manages their energy during the walking portion. If the walking is too much, there’s a point where Greg offers people the option of continuing to Goat Island over the pedestrian bridge (wild class 6 rapids views) or taking the $5 (for the whole day) trolley to meet us there at Cave. We walked and went all over (west and south ends of) Goat Island, then took the trolley back to the state park. If you go to the American side, yes, the town is a little tired and past it’s prime, but we spent all our waking hours in the beautiful state park (same designer as Central Park NYC) by the rapids and falls and on Goat Island. Favorite views … railing and observation tower at Prospect Point, observation area on Luna Island (one staircase away from Goat island). The Luna Island overlooks the drama of Bridal Veil fallls and is wet at the edge, with plumes of rising mist. Three Sisters on the south side, also a couple quick footbridges away from Goat. View from Whirlpool state park over gorge. Full view of horseshoe Falls on the Canadian side with a close second being the 70% view from Terrapin Oiint in Goat Island.

We chose the maid of mist/ cave of the winds tour, which covers other stops, so it was perfect. Our guide Lauren was phenomenal! She picked us up at our hotel, even arriving early. I was a gorgeous day for the tour. O enjoy history and she stopped to explain everything! It was perfect. She also pointed out where souvenir shops were, some food as well. Thank you Lauren for being our guide, you were amazing!!

Tie dye guy guide

Our tie dye guide guy was awesome. We we’re traveling with a 5 week old and a 2 1/2 yo and he definitely made sure mama and baby were ok and keeping up. He even watched the wagon while we all went to the rails to look at the waterfalls. It was a long walk and took a lot out of mama carrying the baby so we appreciated him checking in.
