Emma was a great story teller. We had done a ghost tour years ago (without kids) and this one was completely different, in a good way. We learned a lot! Our kids were 8 and 11.

We had a great time on our ghost tour! Brenna was our tour guide and she was excellent! She was engaging, funny and knowledgeable about the history and the stories she told were pretty amazing. She kept it family friendly as there were some younger kids in our group. We had fun walking around the historic squares and hearing about the haunted history of Savannah.

We got Brenna as our guide. I was happy cuz I had read about how great she is. And we weren’t disappointed. I love these haunted city tours and have done others during our travels. This one had me a bit spooked, not gonna lie. It was my first time in Savannah and I didn’t know it is such a haunted city. Anyhow I absolutely recommend this tour!

Fun tour for the family! Neat history of the area. We got to see historical houses and learn about them on the tour. Since on our first trip we did a day tour, I wanted a different type of tour for some new family members that came with us. This was perfect!

Wear decent walking shoes because the sidewalks in the area are uneven. Out guide Brenna gar us a bunch of haunted Savanah history and debunked some of the myths floating around. Very engaging story telling.

We were looking forward to it, however the guide never showed up. Called the number provided notified Viator that the guide didn’t show. Viator was unable to reach the guide and they immediately offered a reschedule or refund. They were very responsive!

Our guide did have an unexpected emergency, and situations like that are rare but taken very seriously when they occur. As soon as I was contacted, I personally stepped in to address the issue and ensured that everyone was refunded promptly.
I would like to clarify that when you called the number provided, you reached me directly, the owner of the company, not Viator. My priority in that moment was to make things right as quickly as possible, which is why refunds were issued without hesitation.
I completely understand how frustrating it is to plan an evening around a tour that could not take place, and for that you have my sincere apologies. That said, I do hope you might reconsider the one star rating, as we did respond immediately and took full responsibility to resolve the situation as fairly and quickly as possible.
If you ever decide to give us another try in the future, I would welcome the opportunity to provide the experience you were originally looking forward to.

A interesting twist on Savannah’s history. Who knew you didn’t have to walk far to get so many great ghost stories. The tour guide was engaging and knowledgeable, even sharing pictures that had been captured thru the years. It was my 12 year olds favorite activity of our trip. Laura was excellent, super knowledgeable, and passionate about the tour. Very fun and entertaining tour with two teenage girls who were a bit creeped out. This is perfect for a family with details that are scary enough to creep you out but not so scary or graphic that it will keep kids up at night.

Wear Sensible shoes and bring a small flash light. The tree roots are under the paved areas, creating tripping hazards.
