Overview

Travel like a local through Valle de Guadalupe, Mexico's celebrated wine country. Start off with some tasty local tacos in Rosarito before we travel down the Baja coast in a private van with cold beers and water at the ready. Sample delicious reds, whites, and rosé wines at three renowned boutique vineyards, as well as farm-to-table dishes at a premier Valle restaurant. Had a great time on this tour. Ryan is a great guide and knows all about the area you go through. The wineries were great that we went to. They were a great mix of what you can get in Valle de Guadalupe. Would highly recommend this if you’re wanting to check out the Valle wine scene.

This whole tour was special from beginning to end! Our guide Oscar was truly a gem and the wineries were so beautiful. Going on a week day meant you basically had the whole place to yourself. Tour group was small enough to get to know everyone and new friends were made. Would totally do this again!

Wonderful Wineries

Oscar was amazing and got to show us some beautiful wineries. I would’ve loved to see more, if we spent less time at the wineries. Other than that the driver and Oscar were great and the wineries had good wine selections.

Thank you for the constructive feedback Laura! We try and balance time at each winery, since we curate a VIP experience at each stop. There are a 130+ wineries and similar amounts of restaurants, so that just means you'll have to join us again!

We had Priscilla as our tour guide not only did she look like a celebrity she made us feel like one! Informative, funny, and fun. She created a great ambiance felt more like a friend than boring formal experience. Heidi our driver was also very kind and welcoming. Kept us safe will never missing a chance to smile while checking her mirrors. Super sweet and during the stops didn’t hesitate to take pictures for us. These girls are rockstars. Congrats Viator for having them on your crew! 20/10 experience. Food was delicious and wine been better!

When we started the tour we were complete strangers but when it ended we became really good friends. The wine tasting pours were generous. Oscar and Pricilla made the tour experience a very intimate and very enjoyable one.

Peaceful Wineries of Mexico

The tour began with awesome communication and positive texts from the owner of the company. Then we heard from our guide about details. The tour itself showed beautiful shores through Rosarita on our way to the Valle de Guadalupe. Our guide shared first hand experiences of the area since he is from nearby. The Cava Maciel winery was our favorite with a peaceful landscape all through the property. The wonderful server talked about the family that started the business and showed us where the process took place. The 4 course meal was outstanding at our 2nd winery and our 3rd stop had a quaint family feel. Plenty of varieties of white, rose, and red wines with food and snacks to make the day a memorable experience.

80th Birthday for Dad was a Dream Come True!

We booked a trip to Valle De Guadalupe for my father's 80th birthday. He had been a little nervous to visit Mexico, but once he saw how nice and easy Baja Society Tours made our trip, he was a quick convert. Ryan worked with us to create the perfect day and Oscar our guide and our driver were all so easy going and fantastic people. The scenery was incredible, the wines were spectacular, and the memories of the food are making us hungry for our next trip. Thanks so much, for a beautiful day. Can't wait to do it again!

This tour was by far one of the best tours I have been on. My Girlfriend and I will definitely book this tour again. If you are looking for a quick day trip full of fun this is it! Guide was awesome, we met some really cool people and had a blast!
