Highly recommend the full package. I would suggest Viator to include pick up time in description. Tour starts at 7 and that is not the pick up time.

First I got a text letting me know they were running about 10 minutes late which I really appreciated. That didn’t put us behind on anything. Bring a clear bag for items you bring and may purchase and wear comfortable shoes especially if you are doing the all day tour. It says a time slot per tour and me and my husband are pretty quick and like to move fast but it did indeed take the whole day. Our tour guide was very informative about the city and couture. Our guide also stopped so we could get the infamous Leonard’s Malasadas.

So honored to visit Pearl Harbour on America’s 250th anniversary. All respect to those that paid the ultimate sacrifice for our safety and freedom. Had the privilege to see Elindra Avila " Rosie the Riveter". Stand on the decks of the USS Arizona and USS Missouri "Mighty Mo" battleships as well as the USS Bowfin submarine.
Tour guide William Chye was amazing and made this an enlightening experience.

Pearl Harbour tour was very accommodating and informative. Our guide Will, was very knowledgeable about Pearl Harbour and the local history. Will injected humor into his dialog which helped make the day pass quickly. The Tour we took was a full day. We got picked up at 6 a.m. and didn't get back until 5 p.m.

This was an amazing experience! I would definitely do this excursion again. Our tour guide Will was very knowledgeable about history and made it very fun!!!! The Arizona, Missouri and Bowfin experience was amazing. Be aware this is a full day experience, we were picked up at 6a and dropped off around 5p. We all loved this experience.

Was supposed to pick up at hotel but told 24 hours before that we had to meet 1/2 mile away at different hotel for pick up and drop off. Was told pick up at 608am. Had to call when still hadn't arrived at 640am. Finally got picked up at 647am. Bus had very little air flow and felt like it lurched during entire drive. Driver/tour guide was not very friendly and mono tone. Overall not worth the price. Just make ticket reservations yourself and take an Uber or the local bus.

Aloha Hawaii Tour Company delivered a bad experience from a schedule perspective. The online description said our Pearl Harbor tour would start at 7 am with a pickup at our hotel. The night before, we received a text message saying we had to be ready to go at 6 am. I contacted the tour operator at that time, and they said that there was nothing they could do about the scheduling change. They said they had to adjust the schedule to accommodate their day's operations. Which effectively told us, "Too bad for you." Our hotel didn't begin to serve breakfast until 6:30 am, so we didn't have anything to eat before leaving. Then we arrived at Pearl Harbor before it was even open. We had to stand around outside the gate for 15 to 20 minutes. So up early, leave early, and then get there before we could even get in. That is not how a professional operation should run. I suggest you find another tour operated by a different company.

I booked tour in December and we get a call Ahola Sunshine the tour operator at 6pm the day before saying they had not enough people to complete tour and a refund would coming in 3-7 days. Of course I was unable to to find another tour operator. Very disappointed!

The bus picks you up, very friendly, drops you at the visitor center with tickets already prepaid then a quick tour of downtown and back to hotel. All of pearl is self paced and I’m not sure what the cost of an uber plus individual tix would be but we went in January and there were no lines. Might have been much cheaper going with uber but I honestly can’t complain about the amazing experience my son and I had at Pearl Harbor. Definitely go to air museum and Missouri, not just the Arizona memorial. You can’t fully appreciate Pearl without the other sites. Simply amazing, but again, check pricing separately because the tour itself isn’t really a tour it’s transportation and prepaid tix. Bus driver was awesome though and very knowledgeable

Give yourself lots of time. It's so well done and there is so much history that it takes a long time to see it all. Our driver was Cousin Mia and he was AMAZING! He had so much knowledge and was great at getting everyone involved in the ride to and from! He even took us on a little side trip to see the Palace as we drove by.

Pearl Harbor and the USS Arizona were amazing but…
Our driver arrived late at our prescheduled pick up spot.
We were the first pick up.
When we were dropped off at the memorial we were told to meet back at the bus at 2:30 pm.
My family and I arrived at the pick up spot at the memorial earlier than 2:30.
We shortly realized no one else from our group was around. We called our driver. When the driver answered, he confirmed he left us.
We were told they would call us back.
We waited 30 minutes with no call and ended up paying an Uber to get us back to the hotel.
We finally received a call back one hour after they told us they had left us there.
We missed the other portion of our tour. We had to pay for our own Uber. This company said they would reimburse me for the U er ride but a decision for a refund for the portion we missed would have to go to management. The company has yet to reimburse me for the cost of my Uber or refund any cost for this tour I paid for at full price.
If you DONT want: to be picked up late, left at the memorial, and have to pay for an Uber after paying full price with no reimbursement for either, find another tour company.

We were picked up around the time they told us. Very good communication. Tickets to the boat and all other attractions were included. He gave us instructions on whwre to go and when. We followed his instructions and we seen everything before crowds. It couldn't have been more perfect.
We stopped thru the city for more things to see and were told about it all thru the drive.
The bus was older and did seem to struggle a bit but A/C worked, it was not crowded and could hear the tour guide well.

We got to see everything and we got to do everything and it was absolutely wonderful. The Arizona the Missouri the dolphin and all of the attractions were amazing. The tour was fantastic. The knowledge that we were able to retain from the guide was amazing. Way to go, Jorge.

This was NOT a guided tour, despite being advertised as a complete and guided Pearl Harbor experience.
The driver picked us up 30 minutes late in a very old, dirty, and poorly maintained vehicle, which already set a bad tone for the day. The bus felt worn out and far from what you would expect from a “premium” tour.
He dropped us at Pearl Harbor, gave a few basic instructions, and told us to be back at 2:30 pm. From that point on, we were completely on our own — no guide, no explanations, no historical context, and no assistance inside the memorial.
While driving, the driver did say a few things, but it felt more like a script or recording than an actual guide. There was no interaction and no opportunity to ask questions.
On the way back, he briefly drove through downtown Honolulu and allowed a 15-minute stop, but stayed seated in the driver’s seat and provided no guidance or explanation.
The tickets provided were standard public tickets, the same anyone can buy directly. We even had to wait in the standby line for the USS Arizona, just like visitors without reservations.
In short, this tour offers nothing more than transportation in poor condition and regular tickets, at a much higher price.
Misleading, poor value for money, and not recommended.

This “tour” is a money grab - it’s a glorified taxi service. I had concerns when all
Communication was via the app, and suddenly it changed to text msg saying the time had changed for pick up. It hadn’t but for some reason I had to change communication methods to one that cost me money. The driver was then 20 mins late - when i msgd thru the app they told me he was collecting other passengers - but he turned up with an empty bus and a coffee. No apology offered. We also were told we couldn’t be picked up at the hotel we were staying at despite it being listed and instead had to walk to another one. We assumed this was because a bigger group were staying there but we were the only ones picked up - after the bus drive past our hotel. We then collected the other passengers. Upon getting to pearl harbour we found out that we didn’t have a booking for the Arizona - ticket included according to the booking, but we had to register and hang about waiting for a standby spot a the driver gave very poor instructions and when I asked questions he insulted me - a blind passenger who was trying to understand how we could pay do much and not have a booking, when I looked this up online, it turns outs it’s free. There is definitely a more cost and time efficient way of doing pearl harbour rather than doing this tour. There is also a sign in the bus about how staff only get paid by tips and they expect 15-20% of the tour price (haven’t yet determined u wax even in a tour as PH was self guided, but if staff only get paid by tips, I booked with the wrong company - this is not the ethical standards I believe in. Would highly recommend avoiding this company - they are making a fortune out of a glorified taxi service,

All Pearl Harbor tour companies operate under the same regulations set by the National Park Service, U.S. Navy, and U.S. Coast Guard. For security and preservation reasons, no private tour company is permitted to place their tour guides on the USS Arizona Memorial. The Memorial experience is narrated exclusively by the National Park Service, and this applies equally to every operator.
Our guided service includes professional narration during transport to Pearl Harbor, escorted entry into the park, orientation and historical context on-site, and guidance to the appropriate queues. While the Memorial itself is self-guided by federal regulation, our role is to ensure guests are informed, prepared, and properly directed throughout the experience.
Regarding Arizona Memorial tickets: while the Memorial is free, tickets are limited and released by the National Park Service, making them difficult to secure—especially during peak travel seasons. Our company actively purchases these tickets on behalf of guests whenever available. We regret that you were unable to enter at your scheduled time and understand how disappointing that can be.
We take all feedback seriously, including concerns about communication, accessibility, and staff professionalism. Any report of discourteous behavior or lack of assistance—especially toward a guest with a disability—is not reflective of our standards and will be reviewed internally.
Our team members are compensated in accordance with Hawaii labor laws, and gratuities are always optional. Any signage referencing tipping is informational only and not a requirement.

Did not know till arrived Pearl Harbor that tour guide was not allowed inside to lead the group. This was not mentioned on the Viator website, and you could literally buy the same package (Passport to the Pearl Harbor) online at $89.99 if you have your own transportation. Tour guide Jorge provided lots of detail like where to go or which direction at the parking lot, but it is hard to remember all. It will be great if the company could provide a direction sheet so we can bring with us inside Pearl Harbor. As a first timer to Pearl Harbor, I completely forgot what he said once I entered into the entrance. Tks

Do it all!! Wonderful experience.
Didn't care for the fact that we had bought "tickets" but had to stand in standby line. You can easily just purchase your tickets yourself but the transportation was nice other than the driver's sharing of her political viewpoints multiple times.
