Excellent way to visit both Liberty and Ellis Island. Erika (our guide) was very knowledgable and made sure the group moved smoothly through crowds. This was a highlight of our visit to NYC

Overall it was great. I would have liked to know a little more about the walking portion of the tour. Obviously there is walking but was not aware of how much. Beyond around the statue or at Ellis island. If someone booked this tour and had the ability to walk but not far distances they would be disappointed in the amount of walking. Maybe be a little more clear. “Will walk a quarter mile to the ferry, and back” tour guide was very knowledgeable and informative. Friendly and helpful!

We have been on MANY...
We have been on MANY local tours in the U.S. and Europe. Our tour guide, Jake, was by far the best guide we've ever had. He was personable, funny, and so passionate about the history of the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. There was a power outage on the island so we couldn't disembark but we didn't even mind because his presentation was enough!

Wear comfortable shoes and enjoy the beauty of the State! Lots of history within Ellis Island. Tour guide had lots of knowledge about both sites.
