This tour was AWESOME!!! It’s a great way to see the city of NY and learn a little bit of history with phenomenal views. Exceptional customer service from the staff. I would definitely recommend this tour.

My tour was cancelled due to the 4th of July Parade, so I need to request a refund. I was not informed of the cancellation until we arrived at the pier.

This is an amazing experience to view the sky line and Statue of Liberty. The tour guide did a fabulous job by explaining the each step of the journey. Also, it was great to have a photographer on board who helped our family to make our trip memorable.

This was so much better than I anticipated! I was prepared to see the sights but the narration/tour guide aspect was amazing! Lots of good information about NYC, the buildings, the history of Ellis island, 9-11 and more! As much as I loved the guide I also loved when they took a break from the narration to play a few New York and America songs while we slowly drove by the Statue of Liberty and toward the Brooklyn bridge! It was a really lovely touch! Also, the bathrooms in our boat were surprisingly nice! I told my kids to use the restroom before we got off never wouldn’t find as nice a bathroom elsewhere in the city!

The reason I chose this specific tour was because it’s advertised that after the boat tour there is an option bus tour that includes a stop in Times Square. Which was great because that’s where my hotel was. When we got off the boat there were several buses, and the man who was checking tickets for the boat tour was directing people. I asked which would be stopping in Times Square, and he said none I’d have to walk there myself. I would not have booked this specific tour had I known that the advertised after tour would not make the advertised stops. However, I gave 3 stars because the actual boat tour was great. They just mislead you with the advertisement, and I will not give them anything higher than that because of being misled.

Every worker was so nice and accommodating. The tour guide was amazing. A lot of cool information and funny. The VIP area was totally worth the extra money! The views on the top deck were amazing and not crowded!

We were put on a different boat that was smaller and gross— plus, it was not the tour I paid for. It was 30 min shorter and didn’t go by the advertised locations. We were overcharged, since our boat was four times the price! For 11 people in my group, that’s quite the ripoff. No apology was given. They just simply did not care.

The tour operator canceled a paid reservation the morning of our scheduled excursion. That did not leave us enough time (on a holiday-President’s Day) to schedule another activity.

Beautiful views from on top of the boat, especially at night. In winter, it is unbearably freezing. Downstairs you can sit in an enclosed area but the operators keep the lights on/windows are dirty so it is almost impossible to see outside while remaining comfortable.

Showed up for the cruise, only to learn that my departure time had been changed from 11:15….to 11. Got absolutely no notice whatsoever. So, had to wait another hour for next departure. Also expected a little spoken information about things we were seeing…got nothing. Did make a stop at Statue of Liberty for several minutes to allow for photos.

This was a decent ferry ride viewing popular attractions. Sadly, there was no tour guide narration to know what you were viewing. Had it not been for the great security guy (sorry I didn't get his name) that I kept asking questions of, I would not have learned of all there is to see in addition to the Statue of Liberty. Ellis island, Governors Island, Jersey City, the Colgate clock, Water's Soul sculpture and so much more. Thank you, thank you to him!!! Another review said they didn't take Viator tickets, but they do. We had no problems. If you want a guided tour, I'd suggest shopping around.

Way too many people on the boat. Folks were forced to stand along the railings and it wasn’t possible to see or take pictures if you were seated. Were there life jackets available for everyone? Who knows - no one told us where they were located in case of an emergency.
