- Our vessels are CASHLESS for purchases. Only credit, debit or digital payment methods with a QR code will be accepted for on board purchases. Cash will graciously be accepted for gratuities only. Mahalo.

Making reservations was easy. I emailed about parking and they were very responsive. The check in was easy. The walk to the boat was a bit long, but ok. The food was elegant. The servers/crew were extremely kind and helpful. The views were great. We sat on top. The captain was funny. Overall it was a nice time and I highly recommend it to anyone

Knowledgeable and friendly crew, yummy food, and a really cool experience! Seeing a whale that swam up to us was really amazing to see! I’ve seen Orcas and Gray Whales, and now I can add Humpback Whales to that list. Thank you to the crew for providing a great time! My only “complaint” would be the rain, but that can’t be helped and we were able to go inside to remain dry!

It was far too windy for this dinner cruise. It truly was difficult to enjoy the meal or scenery. Would have cancelled but couldn't without loosing our money. Our hopes were with the windy weather the company would have canceled the dinner cruise.
Everyone was very nice and attentive and the food was good..

Very windy but don’t worry. The captain was an expert. No danger, but very rough and windy! We loved it but it might not be for those who get motion sickness. The dinner and cocktails were top notch.

First of all, the first course was a roll, the second course was a watermelon salad. Third course we got about five shrimp for our main meal, and to finish us off we got a square of a brownie.

The excursion was very nice with crew to help make it memorable. Would recommend it to friends and family.
Issues were the Viator app. Not allowing us to select individual main courses. Had to make 2 separate transactions. Also, information for meeting place on the dock was also incomplete.

Bring a cushion for your rear, the seats aren't comfortable. Aside from that, EVERYTHING was perfect! Very attentive service from Rylee, and food was excellent!
The captain was awesome, making sure all could see the whales, and had a great narrative.
The sunset was spectacular!

Good tunes, decent food, good drinks, and, if you’re lucky, great whale watching!
On our trip, they were very active. We had a few very close counters with the whales as they came up within 50 feet of the boat.
Check in time was at 3:15 for the 4:00pm cruise, at the shops near the Maui Ocean Center. So plan ahead if so you don’t miss the ship.

Pleasant trip with average food. Wait staff not very responsive to requests. They act friendly but didn't really connect. Background music adds to ambiance. Captain is skilled with boat. Drinks (we had wine) not great. Beautiful view of sunset. Not close to whales. So, probably the best choice of many options available.
