Such mixed feelings about this booking. The day before my trip I was receiving text confirming my booking and the app told me that someone would be waiting for me by baggage claim. One main reason that I booked the service is that I was under the impression car seats would be provided. when we arrived at the airport, there was nobody waiting for us. We were able to get them on the phone and they directed us where we could find their on-site employees but when we arrived there, they stated that they had no record of our reservation and recommended that we call the main office. We called the main office. It also seems like they had no record of our reservation, but sent a Van anyway. we were then informed that there were not car seats and if we did want them, there would be an additional charge, but the vans were considered city buses so they were not necessary. We had two children with us and since we’ve already been fumbling through this for some time we decided to go without. the driver arrived promptly. It was very kind, but I noticed that he did not need to ask us where we were going and already knew meaning they must have found our reservation at some point. I was nervous about our return trip. I received a call the night before confirming our pick up time and the driver arrived within five minutes of his schedule time, again without car seats, but was very nice both drivers were very safe drivers and both very friendly if I was rating the drivers alone, they would be getting five stars but due to our reservation experience overall I can only give this a three

We waiting an hour 1/2; called the dispatcher x3, spoke to approximately 6 different drivers who saw our name in the list but were not assigned to take us to our hotel. After a very long travel day we were tired. The driver who came was already off duty so overtime but not a happy camper… we’re worried will they pick us up at the end of our stay in a timely way to get us to the airport…..

We just got into Maui, no meet and greet, no shuttle. We called when we got our luggage like they said to do and we were told we have to wait for an hour for a ride.

When I called the number, they had given me after I arrived, the woman on the other end told me they were very busy and the shuttle was not there. When I asked her when it would be there, she said she didn’t know, and it could be upwards of 40 minutes. She then said we can issue a refund, I said I didn’t want a refund. I needed a way to get to my hotel. I ended up having to organize another way to get to my hotel, very frustrating at 10 o’clock at night.

Transport company should put somebody outside the baggage claim to direct the customer where to get the shuttle. There is a parking lot for their shuttles but kind of hidden. Otherwise the driver was good

They told me to call when we got to the airport. Call would not go through. Tried for 45 minutes. (They called to confirm 2 days bf and told me what number to call when ready for pick up) Other calls went through fine. Had to pay for a taxi. Total waste of money. Scam. Always trusted things booked through viator. No more.

I got a phone call from Viator before my departure, they asked me to call them after I got my luggage. I did that, and they told me where to go, what kind of vehicle to look for. They assured me the white van with VIP TRANS would be waiting for me there. Well, we came to the meeting point, saw the white van but a lady chased us away, saying that van was for a flight crew. Another van came but it was for someone else. So we sat there and waited a long time until our van came. We were a little disappointed but still gave a tip to the drive when we arrived.

We were told that we would be greeted upon arrival at or near Alaska Airlines baggage claim by someone holding a sign with our name. No one ever showed up even after all of the bags had been claimed. We asked around at the other transportation counters and no one had heard of Viator transportation, but someone suggested that we go to the transportation center (which was unmarked). We found VIP transportation, but still didn't get a ride to our hotel until well over an hour after we had landed. The return journey to the airport was by far much better (on time and very nicely appointed) but we were unhappy with the initial trip from the airport.
