What are people saying about Iceland

Great tour with exceptional guide
Fun, informative, amazing sights. Cannot believe we can’t remember our guide’s name. We loved him. He was from Czechia but has been in Iceland for about 20 years. He was funny and interesting.
I’d skip the geyser (although the full restaurant at that stop was really great) but the rest of the sights were incredible. Worth the cost to be sure.

We traveled to the falls...
We traveled to the falls (1 hr each way) from the cruise port. The guide gave narration on the scenery and tunnels along the way. There was more than enough time to see the waterfall. I would highly recommend this tour especially for a cruise port stop.

Enjoyable day experiencing the Golden Circle
We had beautiful weather for a great day visiting so many sites along the Golden Circle. Our guide/driver, Andre, was interesting and informative. We were given sufficient time to enjoy every stop and we especially appreciated the pick up/drop off service at our hotel. The Secret Lagoon was uncrowded and just wonderful for relaxing after so much walking at the other sites. You can rent a towel there if you can’t bring one. Order an adult beverage at the bar and sip while soaking in the warmth. Seeing the Langjökull Glacier so clearly as we drove along was a delightful surprise. Godafoss did not disappoint. Highly recommend this tour!!

Cluria
We had such a wonderful time on this excursion. The meeting place is easy to find in Vik with plenty of parking available. The cookies and hot chocolate at the beginning and end are a very welcome addition to the experience (as noted by my children). The glacier is spectacular and our guide was very knowledgeable explaining everything we were seeing and answering SO many questions. The cave itself is truly breathtaking and well worth the walk up to it. I highly recommend this excursion for anyone traveling to Iceland, young and “seasoned” people alike.

You won't regret this one!
I thought this was so interesting! I wish we did the longer tour to go deeper into the tunnel. Of course, the men loved wearing the hard hats with a light, but learning about how the tunnels were forms and how many thousands of years ago was my favorite part.

Imagine Iceland Travel
Lake Myvatn Day Tour and Godafoss Waterfall from Akureyri Port was amazing.
Viggy was an excellent and knowledgeable tourer. Lonny and I highly recommend them. You get to see and experience so many different terrains/panoramas. It was a small group, so it made it even better. Faster loading and unloading. Not to forget that the prices are much better than booking directly from the Cruise.

Reykjavik airport transfer
Our airport transfer was as expected it should be except for the final stop. Effecient and comfortable to the main bus depot. We were delivered to Reykjavik in a large bus and transfered into smaller buses for the trip through the city. You are not actually dropped off at your hotel. In our case it was a 4 to 5 minute walk and fortunately it wasn't raining, hard. Probably not a big issue if you don't have a lot of luggage and/or are able to make a wee walk.
I am not sure one has an alternative unless you opt for a more expensive option. Based on the cost of other options we would most likely use the service again.

Local food and not touristy stuff
I always do these food tours so I get a taste of local foods (and not the tourist trap food). This tour did not disappoint. Our guide Stefan took us to 5 places and we sat down leisurely at almost every place (unlike food tours where you always stand outside and eat). We also had a trainee guide in our group, so we were basically lucky to have two guides! Lots of discussion about Icelandic culture while we were eating.

Beyong words
Floating between North America and Europe im some of the clearest water in the world is every bit as amazing as it sounds. The guides (specifically Nail) were knowled-eeâble, patient, and did a wonderful job helpine everyone feel comfortable in the cold water.
The visibility was unbelievable, and seeing the fissure from the surface felt like floating over another world. I may have accidentally consumed a few complimentary mouthfuls of Silfra water while adjusting my mask, and I can confirm it was very fresh. The aquatic plants, however were an unnecessary garnish but still the best 🥰.
Thank you for an unforgettable experience. It was one of the most unique adventures I've ever had and a memory I'I treasure for years.

Great experience. Highly recommend
Lagoon experience was amazing.
Bius Tickets - we and the transport staff were however unclear where to get paper/device tickets transferred but bus staff and lagoon staff proved helpful. It was unclear what the correct bus company was, even with barcode in hand. Some improved instructions on the confirmation would be useful but regardless, of the hiccup, staff were lovely and very helpful, it was an amazing experience once we got there. It would have only been better if the bus operators weren’t confused by whose bus we should be on. The confirmation didn’t state the bus company and provide the correct references. Both bus drivers were very confused. Paperwork info needs broadening to include bus company details in case of issue. So please check with the operator before you leave and get written confirmation details . We wasted a good half an hour - 15 mins both ends, with people not knowing if we were there customers. This meant we kept getting moved from one bus to another by drivers. It was slightly embarrassing.

Our guide Dory was...
Our guide Dory was phenomenal. She was very knowledgeable about the area and was a great help with suiting up. She made sure all of us got pictures in multiple areas and redirected us when help was needed. The only complaint was that the wind and rain were cold, but only when walking to and from the area. Once in the water, it had very little effect.

What a great way to spend a day!!
We had two of the most experienced and wonderful people to take care of us. Chris our guide was great, keeping us informed and making sure we were doing great!
Robert , our driver took us safely for 14 hours through some of the most challenging wind storms I’ve ever been through!! Bravo!! Great tour
