We will be at the Cruise ship port standing next to our sign that says our company name in spot #7 at the harbor. Departure times change daily according to the port schedule. We will message the night before your tour with a specific departure time. Typically we depart 90 minutes after the ships disembarkation.

Our guide, Flo, was great!!! He was very informative about all the stops we made. Welcomed any question and had good advice for enjoying the experience.
This trip was a great way to see the fjords and learn much about the folks who live in the area. Our guide Dorotea was a delight from beginning to end. We felt lucky to have her.
Flo was an excellent guide and was very enthusiastic about Iceland. We learned about seals, currents, avalanches as well as the waterfall
The waterfalls and small hikes were great. It is a bit weather dependent. The guide was excellent taking time to explain and show various highlights like where the seals were hanging out..

Great tour. Guide was a local and gave great insight to the culture in Iceland . Small group tour was great.
The experience was wonderful. The van was well appointed and Flo was an informative and funny guide. We toured the falls, stopped to see wildlife like sea lions, toured a town a d more. Highly recommend this company and this tour.
New company and a little bus which felt a little cramped especially at thw back but my husband was allowed to sit up front to make room for the other 3 on the back row. The guide was a lovely young woman, Flavia, and we had a nice day. The waterfall was overcrowded and the queue for the toilet ridiculous and took up valuable time. We only just got up to the base of the fall and had to come straight back down because time was up...the path up was too narrow in places to cope with the amount of people walking it
this was a fantastic day seeing some incredible sites in Isafjordur. Tour guide Jake was entertaining and educational. Dynjandi falls was just incredible. We were able to see stunning views of the Fjords, a couple seals were spotted, visited a quaint fishing village and more. 100% recommend
Amazing is all I can say. Maggie our guide was the absolute best. She was very informative and gave the history of the area. She was funny and made the experience extra special. I highly recommend this tour.
We had an excellent small tour. The Dynjandi waterfall was worth the drive and the hike. We climbed to the top and were able to see a full rainbow when looking back at the fjord. We stopped at a quaint town with the oldest original store in Iceland and stopped at a few picturesque spots. We were able to stop and take pictures of seals.
Our guide was very informative and passionate about the countryside that we saw. The plan for the day was clear and we managed to see all that was promised.

Flo was our guide and he was brilliant… so many stories and information about Iceland, he went out of his way to make our trip perfect and memorable.
The tour is fabulous, we had a great time. Stunning scenery and amazing photos. From a huge waterfall to a white sandy empty beach, and so much in between. Thank you soooo much Flo!

This is. A great way to see the Dynjandi waterfall.. Flo our driver was so knowledgeable about about the history of the region and what life is like for people living here.Arriving at waterfall before the large buses gave us clearer paths to climb and take pictures which I appreciated. Our refreshment in Flateyri was cool to learn of their recovery from the disastrous slides in the area and how the towns work to protect themselves. Flo also took us to little cafe that served the best carrot cake I have ever tasted. Saw so much . Great driver. Memorable trip. Great tour company.
We enjoyed a gorgeous day exploring the scenic Westfjords with Jake from Valkyrie Tours. Booking this excursion online prior to our cruise was easy and communication regarding pick up at the cruise port in Isafjordur was excellent. Jake provided an interesting and informative commentary of the sites we visited, which included the Holtsbryggja pier with its white sand beaches, the beautiful Dynjandi waterfall, and a lunch stop in the small fishing village of Flateyri where we enjoyed freshly made bagel sandwiches from Bryggjukaffi, and a browse through Iceland's oldest bookstore! We did experience some unfortunate mechanical issues with our mini bus after our first stop, but Jake was able to quickly arrange for our group to join another bus passing by who was also doing the same tour! A big thank you to both Jake and Magic Iceland Travel for saving the day!
The guide was very good lots of photo stops. The bus was small had small windows so hard to get an awesome view.
Our tour guide was an excellent driver, a fact we found to be necessary when traversing the roads outside of the main Iceland cities. The views were quite stunning. Our tour guide also took the time to point out sights that were not on the official itinerary such as seals.
Pleasant drive. Photo stops give a nice perspective on fjord beaches and local areas Waterfall magnificent but quite a climb, If you want together a better view of the upper falls.
The waterfall is wonderful and worth the stairs to the top. Bring your own water as there are no facilities at the waterfall. Local guide with great stories added interest to the drive as well.
We had a delightful tour with Maggie. Knowledgeable and friendly, we learned a lot about the region with local history, legends, and amusing anecdotes. It was so nice traveling with a small group rather than on a large tour bus. It would be great if there were public toilets available at both tour destinations, which of course is not the fault of the tour operator. I would definitely use this tour company again
This was a great tour. Our guide was very informative. The waterfall was spectacular. We saw a lot and learned a lot on this tour.
We had very bad weather but it is a great small group tour. Our driver/guide was very informative and friendly. I would recommend not sitting in the back of the bus because the noise of the engine/road drowns out the microphone. The guide did the best she could but I could only hear snippets
Visited early August. This was a great tour. Saw Dynjandi and Hotlsbryggja, plus stopped for 30 minutes in a small town (Flateyri) with Iceland's oldest bookstore. You can walk up to the base of the falls. It's uneven footing so be careful! There are another 2-3 smaller falls coming down the mountainside below the larger falls. Our guide, I'm sorry, I didn't get your name, did a great job telling us all about the area. Highly recommend.
It was a lot of fun. Our guide was informative. He came from this area allowing him toexplain everything in a relatable manner.
Made 3 stops at a beach, a small fishing village, and of course, the waterfalls. Had plenty of time at each place. The guide was very informative. Had option of being dropped off in town or back at the port. Was a very enjoyable excursion. Highly recommend.
Great tour lots of information about the region. Would recommend. The weather was a challenge but can't blame them for that.

Dynjandi was gorgeous and we had a little over an hour there. We had a few other stops for photo ops.
The bus was comfortable, we had 15 people on the tour.
