All Finland Tours & Excursions in 2026

Based on the weather forecast we knew our chances of seeing the Northern Lights were very poor. Arctic GM eas very open and honnest about the possibilities that evening. Alternatives (refund, other day, discount) were offered. Anyway: we chose to take our chances. Our guide Guiseppe was determined to show us the Northern Lights. We drove three hours, deep into Sweden, to find clear skies. And guess what? We saw the beautiful aurora borealis! Totally worth the effort. Thumbs up for the guide who tried so hard, took the time to explain the physics behond the Northern Lights, took pictures like there is no tomorrow and brought us home safely. I highly recommend Arctic GM. The definitely try everything they can to make the customer happy. Thank you for all the effort!

Was sceptical about booking this tour as it's a 50-50 chance but saw the reviews and went ahead with it anyways. I badly wanted to see the Northern Lights and of course capture a photo in person. Glad it all came true. Paul and SK were amazing throughout the tour and the bus driver too. Took all the effort to take us to Sweden as Finland was cloudy and we saw the Northern Lights exactly as advertised. Could only get the green aura but then can't ask for more after 4 hours of travel and hunting. Gave us hot coffee in the office initially and then took the perfect pictures for our social medias. Paul and SK were very enthusiastic and took multiple photos of everyone to feel better. It was the perfect tour and happy it all came down so well. Would recommend you all to book the tour as even though it says it's chancy, rest assured, it's a 90% chance of being successful as the tour group goes all in and takes every effort to make it come true. Lapland Roveniami overall has been amazing and very glad to visit the North Pole at least once in my lifetime.

The trip was PERFECT! we were very disappointed our first trip with another company was cancelled the day before, booked the small group trip with Lapin Tavias. And was loosing hope becuase of severe cloud cover, our guide Rasa drove us all the way into Swedish Lapland to find a clear sky! And when the Aurora arrived it was amazing! Even my iPhone camera was able to pick up the lights! Rasa took incredible photos and was brilliant. His enthusiasm for chasing the lights was infectious. And true to their promise, our 10 hour round trip was worth every minute. On the way back Rasa detected another aurora explosion and he stopped and got all of us to have another set of photos. The hot drink and sandwich was a lovely touch. The company had excellent communication from booking to WhatsApp message of the pick up times, drivers name and photo links. We would highly recommend this company and specifically our guide Rasa!

I had a wonderful time! The tour operator picked me up and brought me back to the hotel. The driver was professional and arrived on time. The boat ride over was wonderful, great food, shopping and entertainment. The City was absolutely beautiful. The guide was professional and very knowledgeable. She walk at an easy pace so that you did not feel rushed. She shared many stories about the city. We also had around 3 hours of free time to explore on our own. I recommend taking this tour.

Had THE most amazing time snowmobiling with Nacho today. I (28) went with my mum (60) and we both had the best time and want to do it again! Nacho was an excellent teacher, kind, patient and funny and taught us all we needed to know as first time snowmobilers. His confidence showed us we were in safe hands! I would recommend this 10000%, we weren’t sure about it before booking as we hadn’t done it before, but it has been the highlight of our trip by far! Thank you, and thank you Nacho for your patience!

This was the most incredible experience and the highlight of our Lapland trip. Staff were all wonderful and the huskies were clearly well loved and cared for. We even got to see the husky puppies which was very special! First, Dimitar arrived to drive us to the kennels. He was kind, polite and easy to talk to. Next we were taught how to drive the sleigh and what to do. We then had a thrilling 10km ride around the forest. It was the most amazing experience and huskies were all beautiful!

One the best activities of our trip! We initially went to a beautiful place where the sky, the trees and the snow were creating a magical scenery. After a while, we saw the lights. That made the scenery even more magical! After that, we went to a different place where we saw the phenomenon in its greatness. The lights were upon our heads, extremely bright and dancing! Many thanks to our great guide, Roman! He really knew where and when to go and we think we saw what we saw because of his experience. He also explained us everything about the northern lights and last but not least he took amazing photos of us under the lights to remember our experience.

This is a very efficient way to do both activities. Our tour guide was superb, communicative, and super helpful throughout. In retrospect I would have just done the reindeer farm; the husky village is OK, but the trip itself isn't all that great and it's much less informative and enjoyable than the reindeer ride and farm visit.
