If you're looking to check off the highlights from Iceland, this is the tour for you. Our guide was very knowledgeable and professional. Well balanced with short (20-40 minutes) between each stop with just the right amount of time at each location. The waterfall was breathtaking, the kids enjoyed a quick stop to fed horses, and the hot spring was amazing! Thank you!

Had a great day, kind and patient tour guide. The destinations were interesting and diverse. We left an item on the bus accidentally and the company were able to get hold of the tour guide who returned it to us, which was hugely appreciated. Would definitely recommend the tour.

Great sights and fantastic guide!

Leslie_K, May 2026
This was an incredible day. Our favorite of our week in Iceland. The sights were amazing, sun was shining, and most of all our small group tour with fantastic Franklin.

The tour guide was great which is why I still gave the tour 3 stars. I found the tour itself underwhelming. The bus was also very dirty. If you’re under the age of 40. I would recommend renting a car and doing the golden circle yourself. The cost of the tour wasn’t worth the price.

Great day, great staff

Golden Circle Tour with comedic banter

SAS_B, Apr 2026
Traveled on Easter Sunday for this Golden Circle tour. Very little traffic in the city so we were soon on our way. Franklin was our guide. He is a native Icelander and his comedic dialogue kept us laughing throughout the trip. Enjoyed the tour since we didn’t have to think about driving or parking. Franklin shared very interesting information about the country and the sights. He was so thoughtful that he took time to verify another passenger’s booked event after the tour so she wasn’t dropped off in the wrong spot. A larger than life Icelander with a heart of gold. Thoroughly enjoyed the tour.

Amazing experience: Snow and Thermal Pools

Sierra_D, Apr 2026
What an amazing trip. Neither snow, sun, wind, nor ice did not deter the cheer from our wonderful guide Franklin. He kept our group safe and, even better, on time to see a magnificent waterfall, a geyser, and a volcanic crater. The stop to relax at the Secret Lagoon was a must.

Highly recommend, fantastic day!

Laura_S, Mar 2026
Guna was an excellent and informative tour guide who smoothly took us to each location. There was a good amount of time at each location and you didn’t feel rushed. Although there was an official lunch stop at the geysers you could have easily picked up a sandwich or snacks at most stops if you didn’t want hot food. Thanks Guna for a great day!

Brilliant experience!

Absolutely fantastic range of sights. The Secret Lagoon was heavenly. Best thing was our guide Guna who was so friendly and informative and answered all our questions.

Very informative and fun tour, would definitely recommend to all ages and backgrounds! Big shout-out to Bjoiguin (Mr B) for being such an entertaining guide!

Fun and varied

Something for each of the 5 of us. The secret lagoon, national Park (with amazing snow) and the geyser were the agreed highlights

Sergio was an excellent guide. Prepare for some wind but enjoy! Secret lagoon is much less crowded than Blue lagoon.

Secret Lagoon + Golden Circle is the way to go!

A perfect day trip from Reykjavik. Hilmer was a great guide and super informative! Timing of each stop was just right- sadly the first stop was too dark but that’s winter for you. The secret lagoon was an awesome addition to the standard golden circle sights- and really made the trip more social. Highly recommend!!

Magical day trip

Jonelle_C, Jan 2026
Took your in November, dress appropriately for chance of snow, shoes either good grip or consider crampons for snow, the paths can be icy. Be prepared to shower in the locker room before entering lagoon, it is mandatory to ensure cleanliness of the lagoon. We had a magical time at the Secret Lagoon. Very quiet, snow fell while we were there and it was almost spiritual. Ask to stop and see the Icelandic horses if they are out by the road., Had a great time!

A Brilliant Day

Julie_W, Jan 2026
Brilliant tour day with Rebecca who was knowledgeable, friendly and ahead of the curve so to speak. We set off early and reached each destination ahead of other tours All stops were amazing and photo opportunities provided memories to treasure All round great day

It was a lovely excursion...

Allison_R, Dec 2025
It was a lovely excursion that showed off some of the prettiest spots in Iceland. The hot springs at the end though was a major highlight.

Love Iceland

Dawn_R, Nov 2025
Our driver was great. He gave very interesting facts and anecdotes about Iceland. We could have done without the Secret Lagoon. It was disappointing considering we had just done the Sky Lagoon. Loved the geyser and the falls. Would recommend to a friend.

Great tour, pricey but worth it

Barry_A, Nov 2025
Great trip and the bonus of Secret Lagoon was a huge plus. The guide was amazing, interesting, and highly recommended.

Not enough time to see the sights

Ailyn_E, Oct 2025
Great experience but with time constraints; made the tours too hectic ; couldn't really completely explore the places

Trip was great apart from the secret lagoon - nothing special !!

Adele_W, Oct 2025
Our driver was excellent, very cheerful, friendly and extremely knowledgable. Throughout enjoyed the experience but the de ret lagoon was a huge let down of the day. Staff very unfriendly and the lagoon looked like someone had just installed it in the back garden. Nothing to write home about - we went in for 5 minutes then that was enough. Waste of time in our opinion !!

Good Intro to Iceland’s Top Spots

Jane_C, Sep 2025
The tour covers the highlights of the Golden Circle, and it does it a very quick speed. Most stops you get 20-45 minutes, so it was disappointing that it was so rushed. Our guide just gave high-level information on the tour - no stories, anecdotes or other insider information. I could have gotten the information from a Wikipedia page. She was an immigrant from Eastern Europe and didn’t seem like she had much additional information. When she wasn’t speaking, there was HORRIBLE 70’s and 80’s music playing - do we need bad disco with the Icelandic countryside? The Secret Lagoon was the highlight of the day - just lovely! This part of the trip made it worth it.

Unhappy Visitors

Robert_W, Sep 2025
We stood in the cold for 40 minutes waiting for our tour bus. While our driver was friendly we couldn’t hear any his commentary or the information tapes he played (we were sitting in the back half of the bus) which was frustrating and spoiled our learning about this country. We have another tour scheduled with this company and fear it may be more of the same. We’re hard pressed to recommend this tour company.

Great Trip

Craig_F, Sep 2025
Fantastic day. Our guide Alex was the Best! We had plenty of time to see everything! I highly recommend this excursion.

Bad bus, great locations, excellent driver

Christopher_V, Aug 2025
If you have no legs, then this tour would be good for you. I give a bad rating strictly due to the minibus that was used. I am 6 ft 2 inches, and I could not fit in my seat unless I turned sideways with both feet in the center aisle. My wife is 5 ft 4 inches, and she had trouble, especially after the oaf in front of her decided to recline his seat back. Basic Economy on an airplane would feel spacious in comparison. This tour involved a LOT of driving to get to the different locations, so the seating discomfort was magnified in importance. We were miserable. If you exclude the bus from consideration, I would rate the locations visited as exceptional, 5-stars. They were complemented by a driver/guide who was a lifelong local resident. The time alloted at the different locations was very good; we were not rushed at all. Summary: Take out a row of (three) seats and add some critically-needed legroom to the remaining rows. PREVENT the seats from reclining. And increase the fresh air/cooling. I was sweating on the hour twenty return drive. This combination of factors prevents a recommendation.

Quite the unexpected adventure

Marjorie_C, Aug 2025
Itinerary and communication good, Maria, our guide very good. Wheels on our bus flew off on highway, Maria was amazing and managed to stay calm and safely bring us to a stop. Arranged a new bus to pick us up within an hour and half and we were on our way. Attractions were very busy, especially in mid August.

Disappointing tour guide but nice stops

schmulies, Aug 2025
Picked up 8:30 for 8:00 tour in heavy rain. Didn’t notify us that we were last stop or where else to wait out of rain Tour guide was very low energy and not very informative. Stops were interesting and enjoyable. Guide falsely stated we couldn’t be left off by hotel and had to walk 3 blocks to find our hotel.

Great Itinerary - Minibus ridiculously cramped

Karen_L, Aug 2025
The itinerary was really great. We especially loved the Godafoss waterfall. It was amazing. The guide shared useful information. He also ensured we received the full experience despite being delayed by a flat tire. We just finished later than projected. The minibus was VERY cramped. We were the last to be picked up and had the seats in the very back. It was almost impossible to see the things the guide was pointing out on the drive because the view out the window was distorted by the height of the seats. If the bus had been full (we had 2 empty seats next to us), it would have been ridiculous.

Wonderful Day

Maria_D, Aug 2025
Very Interesting stops - specially the waterfall. Our driver / tour guide Al made the long drive between stops more interesting with his commentary. Thank you for a wonderful day.
