We were very fortunate and got to see the Northern Lights. Our tour guide and his partner was really nice and well informed. We could tell that their goal was to make sure that we got to see the lights and were working really hard to make it happen. They also tried hard to make sure everyone saw the lights clearly and that they got at least 1 professional picture. The hot chocolate they gave us was amazing as well and they had refills too. After we had seen the lights and the night was winding down, past midnight, they still tried and stopped at 2 different locations just in case the lights could be seen. A few things. The tour says small group but it actually means up to 20 people. It just felt like too many people on a “small” group tour especially when it came to the professional pictures. We were barely able to get 2 and sometimes the lights had moved so it wasn’t even that great. Also, the pictures taken by the professional camera just came out okay compared to what we actually were able to get on our own camera. Overall, I feel like we paid extra for these 2 perks but didn’t really get much for it.

No retry as promised

We did not see the lights - I understand, they cannot control this and I do not hold that against them. What I do have an issue with, however, is I was told I would get a free retry and a message about it the following day. Instead, I simply got an email saying “hope you had fun, give us a rating!” If I did not get to see the lights, I would live either a refund or a retry. Additionally, although a minor critique, they forgot the hot chocolate. The guide offered us hot chocolate, and then five minutes later said “oh nevermind we forgot it.” The guide was lovely and he did a great job trying to cheer us up, but the overall experience I feel very unhappy with. I feel cheated out of my money.

Terrible service-no pick up

Tour didn’t pick us up at the spot they approved! Very disappointed with this tour company. We contacted them and they told us to go to another location for pick up and then they canceled us altogether! So upset and very disappointed. Do not book with them!!!

The week we were in Iceland was a challenging one for the Northern Lights. Our tour had to be postponed 3 times due to weather. We were finally successful on the 4th night and were very happy with the job our tour guide did in finding a good viewing area for us.

Firstly, a big big thank you to our guide Karol, he was so friendly, informative and funny, we all had a great time. Also we actually saw the northern lights 😍 they put in an amazing display for us (even thou the forecast was only moderate chance) karol kept driving to find the perfect spot to see the aurora, and we were totally blessed. A memory that brought tears to my eyes and one I will cherish forever 🥰

Fantastische tocht met Odi. Hele aardige leuke gids. Direct gestopt bij het spotten van Noorderlicht activiteit. Genoten van het spektakel, de warme choco en snoepjes. LET OP: warme kleding 3 laagjes en windstopper want -15 graden met wind is heel koud.

Hele leuke, ervaren en geduldige begeleiding van Ody ( sorry, als ik je naam alsnog verkeerd schrijf ). Prima uitleg van het ontstaan van het noorderlicht. Veel geluk gehad met het zien van veel, dansende, noorderlicht. Fijn dat we voor een kleine groep hebben gekozen waaronder drie super enthousiaste meiden!
