One of the best walking tours I’ve done in Europe!
A great tour and very informative! Was a great way to see and learn about Bruges from a local guide, Mike was an engaging tour guide! Loved the canal cruise and the chocolate tasting. Highly recommend to anyone interested.
A decent amount of walking but lots of rest breaks provided which was helpful for one of my family members who is still recovering from surgery. The tour is structured well - about an hour of walking, 30 min canal cruise and then about another hour of walking. Plenty of time and opportunity for toilet breaks as well if needed.
One of my favourite walking tours I’ve done!

Amazing chocolate making...
Amazing chocolate making workshop! We had so much fun learning how to make pralines & mendiants and having hot chocolate at the end. Sabina was brilliant at demonstrating and explaining with interesting stories. She made everyone feel at ease. We thoroughly enjoyed this experience. Thank you .

Great tour. Hungry Mary...
Great tour. Hungry Mary was our guide. She was funny and engaging. Despite the hot weather the chocolate tastings were lovely. The bars were very authentic and had cool vibes. They were places you would have to really search to find on your own. The beers were a great sample of all the Belgian styles. Plus you got fries. And it is true Belgiums make the best fries.

A Local’s POV (May. 18, 2026)
Booking a private tour was such a great experience. Our guide Francis is a true Brussels local. His knowledge and passion for the city was obvious and contagious. He tailored our tour to meet our preferences and interests like antiques, vintage shopping, art, and architecture. Francis peppered in history, social information, and humor throughout our afternoon. The whole experience was such a delight.

A fun class with our girl Patricia.
This was such a cool experience. Our instructor, Patricia, was incredibly knowledgeable and led such a fun class. We got to learn about and sample pure cocoa bean, create chocolate bars, made truffles, and had champagne along the way. Such a fun social experience and would absolutely book again.

Great trip from Brussels to Brugge and back
This is an excellent opportunity to spend a good amount of time in Brugge and also get a great walking tour to learn about the history of this beautiful town. Our guide, Blanca was informative, engaging, organized and very knowledgeable. As a sidenote, my husband left his phone on the bus. Of course we panicked when we got back to the hotel room, but we called Viator and the representative took an immediate action and tried to get a hold of the tour provider. We were able to contact them the next morning and the tour provider, Buendia was able to locate the phoneand we were able to leave town with my husband‘s phone, which was amazing! We initially thought about taking the train to Brugge ourselves and skipping the tour, but we were very glad we didn’t because not only was it a great way to get to and from Brugge , it was also a way to learn more about the city and have plenty of time to enjoy it.

Uncle Francesco!
Very nice man. We got rained on almost the entire time but Francesco kept thing moving along had great food advice and nice sense of humor.
I had a sore foot and never felt rushed. He expresses his point of view and has a calm demeanor. If you are looking for a stuffy tour that high end people will enjoy this is not that. If you are a normal tourist who is chill and enjoys simple, friendly and almost having your uncle tour you around like we do, Francesco is that guy.

Must Do
This tour was a great combination of a tasting tour with historical and cultural background information to better understand Brussels and Belgium as a whole. It’s really a good deal for the money. You get a walking tour with a great guide and also wonderful food and drinks. We got a bag of a variety of chocolates (really wonderful chocolate), a cone of Belgium fries with sauce OR a waffle (both yummy) and a flight of good size beer tastings. We went back to the chocolate shop and bought more of that chocolate and I’d love to have more of that waffle. He showed us all the best places. I highly recommend this tour.

Great walking/boat tour for those on cruise ships
Our guide shared so much wonderful information! It was a smaller group so we were able to hear and ask questions easily. It was a walking tour, followed by a canal boat trip. She allowed for free time at the end for shopping and sampling Belgium goodies (waffles, fries, chocolates). We came from a cruise ship and were picked up right at the port which made it very convenient. I highly recommend this tour!

Loved this experience. We...
Loved this experience. We had a wonderful group which made the experience even better. Dani was an excellent guide. She shared some amazing spots with us, ones we would have never found. Every stop was delicious, we even went back to a few during our stay. She also shared some great information about Brussels. It was a great to get a feel for the city and spend the afternoon. Highly recommend!

We had the best day with...
We had the best day with Mauv (hope we are spelling his name right!). The transpiration was perfect and each location was worth visiting. Having a private tour was worth the money as both locations are quite busy. Mauv shared so much history and he was was a great guide. I would highly recommend this tour!

Storybook cities, chocolate factories, charming countryside—Belgium may sound like a fairy tale. Let it sweep you off your feet, and experience the best of the small country on your own terms. Belgium tours get you to the highlights without the hassle, with day trips to Ghent, Bruges, or Antwerp from Brussels or trips with a knowledgeable guide to World War One battle sites. If you are primarily interested in the chocolate, though, there’s plenty for you as well—walking tours featuring local chocolatiers, workshops where you craft your own truffles, or tours that bring beer and cheese to the table as well.
