    Very over priced and poor communication. Operator emailed tickets we did not know until we traveled to tge meeting point. Directions to the meeting point lacked clarity. At the meeting point operators not on the same page when giving us tickets. Speaking in their native language and did not share what the issue was. Also did not respond when asked. I would not book this way again.

    The vendor failed to deliver the advertised service. Less than 24 hours before the scheduled visit, I was notified that the Sistine Chapel would be closed on my visit date — even though the vendor had already sold me tickets that included access to it. The vendor refused to refund or reschedule, citing a “no refund within 24 hours” policy. However, this closure was clearly known to them in advance, meaning the tickets were sold under false pretenses. I was effectively charged for a service that could not be provided.

    I didn't like was that the reservation states that we need to be at the drop off point 30 min before departure. An hour and a half before departure the tickets were sent to me via WhatsApp and no one met us. You just skip the line. The price on the ticket also differs from the price I paid on Viator. Ripoff

    We always send massages or call our guest before the activity starts to remind them so that they can find locations and don’t be late as a routine check we called you and you asked us to send it on what’s app because you said you can’t come to the meeting point to pick up your ticket we have send you and explain how does it work and you appreciate that we are really feel bad what you fell about our service.     Our ticket broker Tushar was fantastic!! He was in constant contact and even moved us up earlier in the day so we beat all the crowds and had a wonderful experience seeing the museum. Ample time in an uncrowned Sistine Chapel was incredible. Highly recommend!!

    The tour and all that came with it was great! However they (and all the other ppl selling skip the like tickets) are over selling that skipping the line is a huge deal. It’s really not. At least in February it isn’t. But the biggest thing I didn’t like was that the reservation states that we need to be at the drop off point 30min before departure. An hour and a half before departure the tickets were sent to me and no one met us. What was the point of any of that. Just send the tickets upon purchase and then we can get there by the time we need to. There’s no reason for the reservation to say “wait and we will get you your tickets,” just send them upon purchase. The extra step is unnecessary, time consuming and makes you feel like you got duped by the “tour company” which all they are is a ticket broker with a better marketing plan than the next guy. Unless you are getting a guided tour skip the line is only purchasing a ticket in advance.
