Get specific directions to the office. We didn’t know exactly where to meet the group. We had a family member almost have a heat stroke. We thought the office was close to the Vatican and we had to walk way too far and then back up to the museum we decided to not attend

The directions were clearly provided on your reservation voucher. I also personally contacted you and tried to assist you in reaching our office. Unfortunately, you arrived late to the meeting point because you took the wrong bus and were dropped off at Castel Sant'Angelo. Despite this, I went out of my way to help bring you to the museum. However, midway, you informed me that you no longer wished to continue with the visit. Although this situation was not caused by us, you requested a refund, which we provided in good faith. Despite this, you left a negative review blaming us. We strive to offer the best service and support, and it’s disheartening to be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control.

This was a bait and switch. We signed up for this tour of "no more than 6 people." We arrived at 0945 as directed for our 1000 tour and were told to come back to the meeting point at 1010 as our tour time was now 1030. We were met at 1010 by a man with no identification who "was going to take us to our tour guide." We hesitantly followed and ended up being taken to another tour company. When we asked after our guide (who had so attentively reached out to us by WhatsApp the day before and that morning), we were told he was doing another tour. We were put into a group of 20 people and herded to the Vatican. We were with the new guide for the next 90 minutes, but much of that time was spent going through security (with 20 people struggling with their tickets), waiting for others to go to the bathroom (18 women and 2 men), waiting for others to fill their water bottles and waiting for all to take photos. Oh my goodness!!! Not the educational, semi-private experience we signed up for. In fairness, the guide we had was fine, but with that many people she spent most of her time herding cats. What a let down for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. The local tour company offered a discount of 15 euro per ticket, which isn't even the difference between the regular tour and the semi-private one we booked! DO NOT RECOMMEND this tour.

Thanks for your comment Vatican guided tour is 20 people grouped but its a misunderstanding with the number of people in our product its clearly mention 20 people group ,though I did partial refund immediately to understand .
