We had to wait 30 minutes for our private car to pick us up. The drivers personal cell number would have been beneficial, so we could speak to him personally

Best transport Ever!!! Our flight was 4 hours late and only had 1 hour to catch our cruise ship. They met us as we walked out doors with our luggage and got us to our cruise ASAP. They saved the day. Will use them every time we come back for sure.

We were never called or texted by the driver. After holding online for 20 minutes we found a taxi to take us to the airport. I reached out for a refund and was told it was after the 24 hour cancellation to receive. I am still trying to get a refund

Our service was from Sea-Tac to Anacortes Ferry Terminal. The best price by far for private car service vs group shuttle. Our driver was very nice.

Nick was a great driver! His communication with us prior to pick up helped relieve a lot of stress with coordinating a trip for a group of 10. He was friendly and professional. The mini-bus was clean and spacious. We will be using them again on future trips.

When reservation was made...

When reservation was made I received an email requesting how manny pieces of luggage we had and stated we needed a van, I requested a van then, driver was timely and trip was pleasant, once we arrived to destination driver sated need to pay $220 plus gratuity, I explained I had paid $159 at time of reservation, he made a phone call and spoke in a different language once he hanged up he said we owed $110 plus gratuity, so total trip was 260 instead of 220 plus gratuity… he stated yes that was it. I felt driver took advantage of us very unprofessional he kept mentioning gratuity. We gave him $20 gratuity he got the 110 and 20 and left. I will not recommend or book through Viator a vehicle again.

Hello and thanks for the review. We will look into this situation and see what went wrong. For sure the Vans are way more than the suvs and you were not over charged. Sometimes with these reservations only the seat count is noted and luggage count can say something different which puts u in a larger vehicle. $260-$320 is about average for van service depending on Van size, pass count and destination so u were not over charged for this ride. You did reserve the wrong vehicle at time of making booking so when we call to confirm we try and figure out all detail and let you know ahead of time if there is a upgrade fee. Sorry driver stressed the gratuity part im guessing maybe you had extra heavy luggage lol Just kidding but we do appreciate the gratuity part however we don't require it and its totally optional so if that seemed out of place for him to mention it we can definitely refund that part if not deserved. Were glad the overall experience and ride was great. Take Care.

Good but inaccurate pricing

The driver was very professional and ride was smooth, convenient curb side pick up at door 4, driver helped me with luggage too. but I booked online for 90$ Which was the listed price but was charged 35$ extra as I was told there was an error in the booking site viator. Showed the driver tickets I got , which is accurate, no errors in booking, clearly stating the pick up and drop off points. Received last minute messages from the owner, 2 hrs before boarding my flight while in India about having to pay more causing undue stress, leaving me with no options to cancel or find an alternative ride! Hope the listing prices are accurate , not sure if the error in pricing is from viator or All city port service

Hello and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the extra charges but the option you chose was actually for a radius thats like 20miles less than your drop off point. When booking it doesn't calculate that your going further than the city limits and about 20-30mins further out so yes there was a difference in pricing. We try our best but sometimes the listing dont cater to all details. Appreciate you not forgetting to mention the nice driver and ride so thanks much for that. I assure you that u were not overcharged and these days for the price you paid its still in the range of what some people pay a small Prius so considering u were in a blk on blk luxury car for the ride we did not charge any extra for that it was just the distance was way out there. We try!!
