It does say a walking tour but it’s not a whole lot of walking, so don’t be intimidated. You’ll get to see and know the dark, rich history of Savannah.

Otto was amazing! He was an incredible storyteller with stories I had never heard! It was a good pace and respectful to both the stories and the places themselves. He even got pictures for us! I couldn’t recommend Otto more.

Wear comfortable walking shoes and prepare for the weather. The tour is about. Mike walk and alot if standing. Bring water with you. Prepare for no bathroom breaks in the two hour tour. Our tour guide, Otto was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable of Savannah's history. Otto made the tour fun.

We had to go on the family tour for all ages, because of times, but it was still very good. Lots of interesting stories and the beautiful homes they took place in!

it's a lively history of some of the prominent families of savannah, their beautiful homes and the strange deaths that occurred in their homes. the tour with otto was a little bit of live theater on the street.

Otto was our ghost host… he was eccentric, dramatic a lil bit comedian and thespian, reminded us of Gene Wilders Willy Wonka :)
He did a great job entertaining us with new ghost stories of Savannah, ones we had not heard before and we’ve gone on at least 4 other ghost tours. The photos were neat to see and his little props were a nice touch. Recommend comfy walking shoes because we walked a lot. It was an entertaining 2 hour tour

We enjoyed this tour. It was exactly what we wanted; folklore and historical haunted stories. Nothing creepy or uncomfortable. Otto was a great guide. It's two hours, but the amount of walking is totally manageable (wear good walking shoes though because the sidewalks and roads can be bumpy and uneven).

This is a walking tour. So expect there to be walking.
This is my third ghost tour in Savannah. Every one has provided different stories and experiences. I thoroughly enjoyed this one.
Our guide was a local and she was very knowledgeable not only about the lore but the history as well. She was friendly, and it felt more like taking a stroll through town with a friend than a ‘tour’. It was in no way kitschy, or cheap, with fake jump scares or actors.
I brought my 16 year old niece to Savannah spur of the moment while traveling home and even my teenager was engaged and enjoyed it.
The last stop on the tour did make me a little queasy. Bear in mind, lore comes from truth and history can be a cruel mistress. I highly recommend this tour.

Captain Jack was an excellent tour guide. He made the tour flexible for kids and adults. The stories were interesting and wonderfully spooky. Perfect for eight and up. If your kid gets scared watching Wizard of Oz or the equivalent, they may get a little spooked. The tour guide did a great job creating enough transition time to accommodate everyone.
