The best tour in Savanah. The guide Mike and his wife are extremely knowledgeable. This is the first tour that was very interactive and the small group allowed everyone to participate.

All I have to say is wow! Talk about an amazing couple and an incredible experience. I went in open minded and was blown away! I can't recommend a tour with Spirit Xperience high enough! We saw other groups just walking around and talking while we were holding energy devices, had dowsing rods, and had other cool ways of interacting with the spirits! And they showed up! I have to hand it to Mike and Ty. They were an absolute delight and very intentional and respectful about interacting with spirits...which I really appreciated understanding how energy works. I'm so grateful this was the tour I booked.

Mike and his wife did a great job, it was fun for dad and our 11 year old daughter. Fun for beginners, believers, and skeptics! Hands on and a cool way to learn about Savannah history and the spirit world.

What an awesome ghost tour!! The history was great as well as the lovely spirits. The interactive aspect was a lot of fun and amenable to all ages. We even took the pups, and the spirits loved it :) I would recommend this tour to anyone coming to Savannah. We always try a different tour when we come down and we will definitely be booking this tour again! As advertised, you get to use paranormal equipment and there is a lot of walking. Again, we had an awesome time!

It was fun overall, worth the price of admission. The stories were interesting and the equipment was fun to use. It was not a "scary" ghost tour. Instead, you listen a little bit about Savannah's history at various locations and you get to use the equipment to try and talk to spirits. The distance walked was not a lot.

Mike and Ty are amazing guides. They care deeply about the spirits on the tour as well the guests. The tours are smaller so they can help each guest connect to spirits at various locations. I have done countless ghost tours and never experienced one like this. Top notch and very personalized tour. Just the 5 of us will great interaction with Mike and Ty the leaders. Hands on experience with EMF's and Divining rods were especially fun. This is really a hands on experience with you a part of it.

We had so much fun ghost hunting while hearing about some of Savannah’s Haunted History. Mike and Tia were excellent and entertaining guides. This is not just a walking tour—it is immersive and interactive. Highlights were our use of divining rods, EMF detectors, and a spirit box. Were we joined by some spirits? Based on the equipment, yes! 5 Stars!

This is a great interactive ghost tour of some of the hot spots on Savannah. If you actually like to be involved with the ghosts and get to know them personally instead of just hearing a spooky story then this is the tour for you.
Mike and his wife and extremely informative and very kind, funny and engaging. We enjoyed this tour immensely and would recommend it to anyone.

The tour was amazing. The guides treat you as friends. Both guides are very knowledgeable about the history of Old Savannah. It is an interactive tour. You actually get to see some of the paranormal tools and use them during the tour. This tour gave you goosebumps.

Mike and Ty (hope I spelled that correctly) were wonderful! They kept the group small, so they could teach us and help us practice using the divining rods and other devices. Lots of great stories, very engaging, Interactive, and interesting. Great for adults or families. Highly recommend.
