We waited from 7 to 7:30 for the tour and no one showed up. It was extremely disappointing. And there was no one to contact. Our email was ignored

Hi Julie, again, we're sorry for the mix-up. As we discussed, the reminder went out at the wrong time, for a few hours later. We have refunded your money and offered a free tour for the next time you visit. Also, we are requesting an update for our contact information on the Viator tickets for guests who do not navigate to our website. I agree that our phone number should be on your tickets. We always have someone downtown who can meet you in such a case. Again, our deepest apologies.

Nicole provided a very good overview of ghost history in Savannah as well as lighthearted stories of local and famous events. The pace was excellent, not rushed, and she was flexible to answer all questions and respond to comments that we’re relevant to the topic.
