Loved the freedom to check out and use any of the equipment they had to offer. Very good first experience with investigating and the staff were just as excited and interested in what you may be experiencing.

Bex and Bridget were excellent hostesses during our hunt. They were helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve been on two of these and this one happened to have some interesting activity. Would recommend.

the experience was better than we could have hopped for. katie was amazing and very knowledgeable. we saw and experienced a decent amount of activity. it's a must go! the ghosts were even flirting with me lol

It was a great experience the host Andrew set the mood with the history of the building and land. He was apart of the group the whole time interacting with us and answering questions and sharing information.

The best ghost adventure experience!!!! The history in the building along with the ghost experience we had was so creepy and cool. We had some really cool unexplained experiences. I was touch on my shoulder twice and David the ghost was very connected to my boyfriend and was communicating with him. The equipment they provided and the way they walk you thru using it was awesome. Would definitely recommend to everyone !! You can’t be a skeptic after this.

This tour gives a great overview of the equipment paranormal investigators use while visiting locations. The host was very knowledgeable and did a great job or covering and using the available equipment. The only drawback was the area for investigation is limited to one small building that only offers rooms across 2 floors. We attended with another couple and it provided limited opportunities to interact given the time allotted. Would have rated it higher if there were other areas to explore over a longer period, but definitely recommend for a fun experience.

Went in, didn't see any ghosts, had some strange things happen that I don't know how to explain, heard a couple strange things, got called sweetie by the spirit box, was a good time

It was okay, I would have enjoyed more if I had been shown actual sightings before or after the tour. We had some kids(teens) which were a little hyper, then a camera hog which didn't want you to use flash when taking pictures. I enjoyed the theatre more than this one.

We have done ghost tours and investigations in Savannah for the last 25 years - and this experience was the absolute pinnacle of them all! It was a very active building featuring two main floors of three with a **fantastic** guide, Katie, who offered to be as hands on or hands off in the experience as guests wanted (we were very thankful she remained with us through the investigation to guide and assist - especially when others in the investigation wanted to attempt the Estes Method [very exciting!]!). We had an array of instruments to use, such as the REM Pod, EMF, Thermal Cameras, Grids, Spirit Box, Mapping Software, "cat toys" and Ovilus. We had *consistent* interaction with a number of "residents" through all mediums and with it being such a small group, it really gave us quality time in investigation where it didn't feel crowded or rushed like many similar experiences can be. Many eerie moments but also really intriguing and exciting ones! The history of the building is shared while being introduced to the investigation opportunity and certainly explains why there are so many opportunities for entity encounters. Husband loved it, teen girl loved it - I loved it and we will certainly be back again at this location! If you're looking for something absolutely unique to all the ghost tourism activities in Savannah - DO NOT pass on this experience! Bring your phones for camera and recording - you may find quite the souvenir of your trip to Savannah!

My group had such a good time, we forgot to take photos! There was lots of spirit activity and a few of them even called us by name!!! (Both equally, creepy and exciting!) We could have easily spent all night exploring here

It was super cool to be able to use some paranormal tools and explore a haunted building! We didn’t get a ton of action but did get some intelligent responses on the spirit box

It was not what we expected. I thought it would be more of a experience with an actual ghost hunter using equipment and showing us what they see, hear, etc. This was a self guided, the workers, showed us some gadgets and sent us on our own. Fun, interesting, don't know that I will do it again.

My favorite new location to investigate! I had in the two hours of investigation, a lot of experiences! I got evidence on the thermal, ovulus, EVP, spirit box and SLS camera! I was also touched and we had a personal experience the group with a guy spirit George! Very happy with the results of the investigation and highly recommend!

Really enjoyed it. At one point a ghost danced on my head! There were several rooms to explore with all the equipment for ghost hunting.
