- NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS available along the walking tour route. Please plan ahead accordingly. Once started the tour does not stop and wait for you.
- WEATHER: Weather permitting (This is an Outdoor evening walking tour).
- Not recommended for travelers with mobility problems. This Walking Tour is 3,500 steps and lasts 1.5 hours.

It was the most fun I had on my vacation. The tour guide Max was the best I ever had he was so knowledgeable and took his time to explain every ghost and spirit area. We took pictures to see if we found any orbs. He should us on his lap top what he and other people had caught with there cameras. Just the best ghost tour. Thank you Max for going the extra mile. Thank you so much for a wonderful night.

First of all, the guide, Patrick, was a wealth of knowledge! I won't spill the beans, but he has access to history in a way no one else would. He also has some cool pics. If you want the facts without embellishment, with a little bit of spook thrown in, he's your man! Make yourself available just in case he offers you additional time. He offered our group more, but I recently had knee replacement and was getting sore due to the variations in the cobblestones.
Tips: Take a bottle of water. Wear comfortable shoes! Take a sweater in case it gets chilly. I also would recommend mosquito spray if it's the time of year. Take a ton of pics!!! My EMR meter was going off like crazy the whole time and I just took random pics. I got a couple of orbs with faces. Very cool!!!

We did the Savannah Ghostwalker Tour yesterday and had a great experience. Gene was incredibly knowledgeable and you could tell he genuinely has a passion for the history and stories he shares. He made the tour engaging without it feeling over-the-top or gimmicky. If you’re looking for a ghost tour that blends real history with storytelling, this is a great choice.

Gene was awesome! He was very knowledgeable about the history of Savannah and some of his personal experiences. It was the perfect mix of history and haunted sightings. Make sure to wear comfortable walking shoes and to bring a jacket!

Wear comfy shoes - 2.5 hours of walking and ghost stories! Patrick was great. Learned a lot about the history of Savannah along with the ghost stories and hunting. Would definitely recommend.

Patrick was an amazing tour guide. He knew a lot of in depth information about all the ghost tales and I know he wasn't even telling us all the stories he knew. This business is a small local ghost tour, so it's great to support. Patrick was funny, easily answered questions, and was very passionate about the stories. He also recommended great food!

Patrick was Awesome, His knowledge of the history of Savannah is top notch. His Ghost stories are genuine, and not hokey at all. Be prepared to walk, and this was right up our alley. His tour is scheduled for 90 minutes, but we continued on with him for 2 1/2 hours.

Gene was a very knowledgable and attentive tour guide. He answered any questions I had in thorough detail. It's cool because he knew one of the characters in Midnight in garden of good and evil because he was a cop in the 1980s here in Savannah and was one of the police respondents to that case! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting/ living in SAV

Communication with the operator is non-existent. My friend and I were running a little late (yes, our fault). Tour begins at 9pm. I messaged at 8:35pm stating this. I asked for next location or really any information. Sent another message a few minutes later (8:42pm). No reply was given. No response at all. We arrived at the square at 9:13p when they were supposedly still there (according to his message at 12:33am) and asked many tours around. No help, again still nothing from the operator. We went to the next location listed and nothing still. I had also sent two more messages to this person still without a reply. We finally had to go back home. Communicating with Viator is completely worthless as they only go on what the tour operator says not what customers say even if you’ve booked through them MANY times. The next message I received from the operator was 12:33am. The tour was completely finished by this point and we had given up as well. We had a tour guide for a completely different activity and she was communicative. Never have I had an activity where there was NONE or where any accommodation was made. EVER. So please be aware of the lack of communication here if you book this tour.

By your own admission in your messages to Viator an automated 3rd party ticket seller you were late and missed Check-in and the tour by 30 minutes!
You did not call us, (Savannah Ghostwalker Tour). Our Company Phone Number is on your Ticket information which would have connected you to a "Live Person" with information you needed to meet up with the tour guide. Instead You messaged Viator an automated 3rd party "Ticket Seller" that sells tickets and has absolutely nothing to do with the Actual Live Operations of our tour or Management.
14 of 17 other guests on the Tour that night had no problem arriving early and on time to be checked in. They were ready to go.
The Tour Guide was in Madison Square for 15 minutes before 9:00 PM to check guests in. The introduction to the tour began at 9:00 PM and the tour Guide lead the tour out of the square at 9:15 PM. So, there was a 30 minute window for this guest to get checked in. They were a "NO SHOW".

Patrick was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I have been on at least 5 other ghost tours here in Savannah , including walking, trolly, and Hearst tours. This tour with Patrick by far exceeded all of the other tours . This tour was the most informative, fact filled, and enjoyable tour I have ever been on .

We had Jean and he was the absolute best. He's so informative about every stop as well as giving great authentic stories about his own experiences as well as others. He also provides evidence and only talks about the true evidence behind the stories and haunting while also disproving common misconception that other tours will give you. Definitely would recommend to anyone that wants a great historical tour around the ghost stories of Savannah.
