Thank you for your feedback. The Spirits & Scoundrels tour is rated 18+ because it includes mature historical subject matter, adult themes, and stories that are not appropriate for younger guests. The age rating is not intended to suggest that the tour includes staged scares, paranormal equipment, private building access, or unrestricted exploration.
This is a guided walking tour through Savannah’s historic district, and guests are required to remain in public areas and follow local rules regarding private property, cemeteries, and businesses. We are sorry the storytelling style did not connect with you, but we do appreciate you sharing your experience.

There is no one to talk to prior to tour. The weather was turning bad the phone went to a voicemail and text went unanswered.

We did receive your voicemail approximately one hour before the tour. Our phone line does not accept text messages, but we responded to you directly through Viator, the platform used for your reservation.
As stated in our tour information, tours operate rain or shine because Georgia weather is often unpredictable and forecasts can change quickly. The tour departed as scheduled that evening, but unfortunately, you chose not to attend. We are always happy to answer questions through the proper booking channels, but we cannot respond to text messages sent to a number that does not receive them.

Large waste of money. The guide was friendly but it’s totally not worth time or money. Get a history book and walk yourself for free! My wife and I left after few minutes. Disappointed.

The time can fluctuate from 1.5-2 hrs depending on variables related to the group, and other factors. It’s s look at several haunted sites in one section of Savannah. There’s too much to fit into a single tour.

Great history tour of some of the historical district's houses with tragic deaths and ghost stories attached to them. Kandler was a great guide. I did think it would be a little scarier or that we might go to a graveyard, but i was happy.

Many of the historic buildings we discuss are privately owned, so we always experience them from the outside while sharing the history and stories connected to them.
