So fun and relaxing ! We even got to see a Sea Lion. Juan was super friendly and accommodating. He put up an anniversary banner on our pedal boat and made it a special moment for us. Couldn’t be more pleased with this experience !

We booked this tour because our dogs were allowed to come with us. We arrived about 30 minutes before our time slot but they let us go out once we got there. They provided us lifevest for our dogs. It was a relaxing way to enjoy the harbor and there was plenty of room in the boat for our two dogs, myself and my husband.

Love this experience! Staff are so friendly and attentive. They asked us if we want a Blue tooth speaker and I couldn’t make up my mind lol! So he strapped one on our pedal boat. They gave us clear directions on where we can see some seals. Would definitely do this again

Fun in Harbor

Just walk down the dock to where they are located and you’re off. The instructions from Viator about a blue flag and crew will meet you is not correct. It’s pretty laid back and easy to find.

Very sucky trip

You will not see any wildlife except for seagulls. There are fake dogs on all the peers to keep the seals off the peers.

It was a beautiful day to enjoy time on the water! We’re sorry the wildlife did not meet your expectations. Wildlife sightings are never guaranteed, and our listing does not advertise or promise sea lion sightings. The experience is a recreational pedal boat rental where guests can enjoy being on the water and take in views of the marina, yachts and Downtown San Diego. We’d also like to clarify that the dog decoys you mentioned on the piers are commonly used by boat owners to discourage seagulls from landing and leaving droppings on boats; they are not intended to keep sea lions away. We’re disappointed to receive a one-star rating based primarily on wildlife that is outside of our control, but we appreciate the opportunity to clarify this for future guests.

Try it out! Enjoyed the experience and the pedal boats are easy to pedal. We had fun, parking was found 2 blocks away at Ace public pay lot. We were 30 min late for reservations since parking nearby was non existent. Just call ahead and let them know, they gave us our full hour despite being late.

Great experience the host was amazing it was great to see all the different boats sailing. It was so relaxing while listening to the Bluetooth they provided. It was a perfect birthday gift my girl.

It was an overall great experience that I recommend to all! The lady I called on the phone for some details on the address and moving my schedule to an hour later was very nice and accommodating. Best of all, she told me where to park which was very convenient! Russ, the guy who was there for the kayaks was also very nice and accommodating! Very clear instructions and very assuring, too! He even told us to continue when we returned the kayaks earlier than an hour! The kayaks were awesome! It was our first time, but it was a no brainer! The waters were very calm and the sound of the birds' cawks were very soothing. My daughter and I just loved the whole experience! So I encourage everyone to try it. It would be a truly worthwhile experience!
