Excellent tour; the guide directed his tour to the grandchildren; their first time to Rome and they loved the presentation; since their was a railway strike pending the guide went the extra mile and took us to Rome terminal railway station and made sure we got our tickets to leave prior to strike; well done and heartfelt thanks

Good Communication from the Tour Company. Picked-Up at our hotel on time. Very Friendly Driver and Tour Operator Julianna could not have been more pleasant and helpful, especially with our 35 Year Old Daughter with Down's Syndrome. Rossana was an incredibly responsive trip coordinator as our plans changed she adapted and helped us get everyone to the tour. She picked us up and dropped us off, which was key because the catacombs are not in the city center. Her enthusiasm about the history of Rome and details along the drive made it very enjoyable. She passed along her knowledge to many historic sites along the way as well as the history of the catacombs. If you do the tour, ask for Rossana. She is awesome!

Not a good value for amount charged. We could have taken a cab and purchased a ticket at the site for much less. You had to enter with their onsite tour guide anyway.

We just want to underline that the service you received was a private car and assistant who where picking you up at your hotel (which was very far from the catacombs) and waiting for you up to the end of the tour. The time of the driver and the assistant at your disposition was about 3 hours. The assistant gave you information about the city during your drive to the catacombs and back. About the guide inside the catacombs, it is specified in the description of the tour that it will be a Vatican guide as per restrictions given by the Vatican. The service also includes 22% VAT. Because you booked through a platform, which gave you all the service included for your tour, means an additional charge that you have to consider. We hope you will consider the above given details and we hope you can give us another chance using our services.

Chiara war super. Sie ging auf die Kinder und Ihre Interessen und spontane Fragen ein und konnte alle Fragen spontan antworten. Die vatikanische Museen waren fuer Kinderverdaulicher als roemische Ruinen. (Bilder waren greifbarer.)
