Daniele was our guide, we had a great day, he was very positive, great knowledge. Kept us moving. Checked on us to make sure we were managing ok on the different types of terrain. We were on a cruise so we needed to be back on time which he made sure to check on.

Great communication, I was in the meeting per Google Maps, but received a call that made connection easy. Then one of their agents walked through all the lines and checkpoint. This tour did not have us download a program and use our phones. We did use the Vatican audio devices ($8 each) but they ran strong for the 5-1/2 hours we used them. You can easily take 8+ hours in this tour, if you like history and you’re allowed to get close to artifacts.

Skip the line is worth it.

The meeting place was easy to find, check in was easy. Instructions were given and paper tickets were distributed. We walked as a group to the Vatican museum entrance. The tour leader walked a little too fast and it was hard to keep up. But we all got there passing up the very long lines. Well worth it.

Purchasing the skip the line ticket was well worth it especially if you do not have the patience to queue up a very long line. The meet up place was easy to find and they guided us to the skip the line entrance gate. The museum itself was magnificent. The only thing I did not like was when we reached the Sistine Chapel, the chapel/museum staffs were just basically rushing us to exit the place, we did not even had the time to pray inside. The chapel was small and packed with tourists, this was probably the reason why they were basically shooing us to the exit. Nevertheless, the ticket providers were great.

The experience was just as expected! We picked up our tickets in the Piazza described. We chose to walk to the entrance ourselves rather than waiting for the other people who booked the self-guided tour but the guide told us exactly what to do then we were free to wonder the many rooms of the Vatican museum

L'adresse de rendez vous non précise, nous sommes arrivés en retard il est vrai, le groupe party, des difficultés à joindre quelqu'un qui nous a dit que les 4 billets étaient perdus, échangeables ni pour une autre heure ni pour un autre jour. J'ai donc rachète des billets au musée du Vatican, rapidement et pour beaucoup moins cher. Viator sera la dernière fois pour nous.
