In case of mismatch with the identity document, or not presenting a valid ID document at the Check Control, the access will be denied from each Official Management Check Control Staff and no refund will be issued.

Vatican Tour Option information: St. Peter's Basilica might be unavailable on Wednesday morning due to the weekly Papal Audience or, in rare occasions, it could be closed or not accessible without notice. In these cases you'll spend a full 3 hours touring to the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel. It is over our control, so no refunds or discounts will be issued

We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or any impairments requiring special assistance. We are also unable to accommodate strollers or baby carriages on our group tours
