Absolute must when in Rome!

This is an absolute must if you visit Rome. I don’t know how you would even begin to navigate the museums on your own. Not to mention the time you save by skipping the queue. We had Marcello as our guide …. He was absolutely brilliant. So charismatic and incredibly knowledgeable. Both of my children said it was the best tour we did in Rome but that was mainly due to Marcello. He was a superstar. Thank you Marcello and also for the top tip about the lift at the end! We had a super time.

Was touted as an after hours tour. Less crowded but still very busy. I didn’t realize that St. Peter’s would be closed after we were done. Guide was good but just above average. Not sure if it was a good value.

The best tour we had on our honeymoon , with the best guide. Do the after-hours.. get Bernadetta -- it was INCREDIBLE. Not too busy, got a lot of access, it was cooler, not as stuffy... fantastic. Skipped the line, learned so much, gained a friend. Berna was so knowledgeable, soft-spoken and knows how to lead.. the perfect guide. My wife and I adored her enthusiasm for the history of the Vatican.

Fabulous all around. Avoid the crush and rush of a daytime Vatican museum tour. We could really see the art and hear our marvelous guide. And imagine seeing the Sistine chapel with so few people you could truly see all of it without being pushed around by the crowds. Easy process to meet guide very close to Vatican museum entrance. This is so worth the extra money. Guide moved us along effectively answering all questions. Five stars!!

The tour was supposed to be 2hrs 30 minutes but the guide rushed us through all sections and ran away in 1-1/2 hrs. Veyr unproffesional and rushing without reason. Skipped lots of section in the museum,

Very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional guide. Everything went according to plan, and I appreciated the fact that she left us alone in the Sistine Chapel to take our time. Well worth it, especially with smaller crowds and cooler temps in the evening.
